Background I am a fit woman with 4 young children who enjoys running and exercising. I came to Doctor Nicole with pain in my inner right knee and rubber band pain around my ankle. The pain was so bad I couldn’t even run astound and kick a soccer ball with my young children. This pain went on for a year prior to seeing Doctor Nicole. I had tried chiropractic, MRI, X-rays, PT (in network where I met 3 times a week for 30 minutes). I was just about to get a cortisone shot in my knee (in the office ready to receive it) when I said you know what I am going to try Body in Motion that my friend recommended. She got rid of my ankle pain in ONE session realizing it was coming from my back and this pain hasn’t come back in over 18 months. After a few months of sessions with Doctor Nicole and following her strength training I was able to start running again! I started seeing her in January and was able to run my first half marathon end of October 2023! I HIGHLY recommend giving Body in Motion a chance. I see Doctor Nicole for maintenance and am training for my second half marathon currently! Thank you Nicole for all you did for me.

Dr. Nicole is knowledgeable and really great to work with. I saw her in person as well as virtual and she was effective for both. She taught me things about my body and how to make the improvements I desired and treated me with respect. I highly recommend her to anyone! Her upfront, honest, yet gentle and sensitive approach is to be commended. Not to mention, results!

I was recommended to come here after experiencing lower back pain for years. I was going to a chiropractor for 5 years two times a week with no relief. I thought it was just something I had to ‘deal with’ for the rest of my life. Nicole and her team of knowledgeable doctors have eliminated that pain for me. They not only provide medical treatment but personal exercises to treat your symptoms with the goal of eliminating them. I’m so glad I took the advice of my friend and am living pain free!

5 stars and 100% recommend, I absolutely love working with Dr. Nicole! After working with Dr. Nicole & Body in Motion 1 on 1 doing prescribed personalized workouts for the last 2 months, I’m back to running completely pain free. Being a long distance runner my entire life, I have never felt this strong. It’s such a game changer doing these personalized PT workouts, and Dr. Nicole is even working with me to get stronger on my strength workouts to become EVEN STRONGER with my endurance running.

This is not your traditional physical therapy office, but it is the way PT should be run as a standard practice. Dr. Samantha is great. Compassionate and skilled I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a therapist. 100% of your appointment time is spent with the doctor, no pawning off to a tech or throwing a heating pad on you and walking away. They use a multi modal approach to therapy including massage, cupping, dry needling, exercise and much more. I can't say enough good things about Body in Motion!

I highly recommend working with Dr. Nicole Turnbow. Her facility, Body in Motion, takes the time to listen to what issues you are having and to put together a personalized workout and treatment session for you. I received treatment for lower back sciatica pain. Dr. Turnbow taught me exercises to form an at home workout routine, guided me through stretches, applied dry needling/cupping techniques, and gave massages. Over the months I have been in her care my pain and soreness have greatly decreased. The other thing that distinguishes Body in Motion from other facilities is that the goal is to get you to where you don't need their services any longer, not to keep you around to continue to milk you for money. Now, after only a few months I am ready to try maintaining my at home exercises on my own without standard PT visits. For any who need PT and are looking for a facility to try who gives 1 on 1 personalized care, I cannot recommend them enough.

She has obviously helped my aches and pains go away but she has also given me a lot of advice on exercise and nutrition.
