Body in Balance Physical Therapy Land & Water

I have been coming to body in balance over a month now and I can feel the difference with my hand pain. Cory, Elyse and everyone I have worked with for my therapy have been amazing. They are so helpful even with scheduling. I highly recommend BIB. Thanks to all of you!

The team here was wonderful—always helpful, accommodating, and attentive to my needs. They made adjustments whenever I felt any discomfort during exercises, which made a huge difference. I felt welcomed, appreciated, and encouraged every step of the way!

I started going to Body in Balance in Vacaville through Worker's Comp. I feel very fortunate that I am treated so well and receive high quality treatment as this is not always the case with other practices when you are a Work Comp client. I am amazed with how wonderful both of their massage therapists are (Amber and Kim). I started seeing Amber over the last couple months and she is a truly skilled massage therapist. Not only are her massages high quality and extremely beneficial but she is very knowledgeable and can explain what the muscle is and the effect it has on the pain, range of motion issues etc. that I've been experiencing. I find this helpful because I can better articulate what is hurting to my primary treating physician/specialist and get the help I need to either get better or at least get relief over a longer term.

My experience with the body in balance is wonderful. They really help me with what I need help with and my mobility to walk again. I have seen a major improvement from when I started. I highly recommend this still have a long ways to go though

Unfortunately, there wasn’t an option for zero stars because that’s what I would’ve given them. I was supposed to be a patient of theirs for the past 10 months due to an injury to the back. Out of those 10 appointments, I’ve been seen three times. The rest of the appointments were, I show up (time off work),and then told there was “no therapist” available. Or that they “tried” to call me to reschedule. Or that the therapist is “sick”. Excuse after excuse for not knowing how to make and keep appointments. If you want a physical therapist that will help you get better… this is not the business for you. Run, don’t walk, away from this business!

The therapist Aide, Staff are all very friendly. I know im in good hands for fast recovery. Love u guys.

Not perfect. Nonetheless, the staff strives for it. Erin, Arron, Carl, Aley, & Emily. They bring perfection for Golden Bear co. And all their patients.

I am treated most professionally, gently & kindly by all therapists & assistants that I have had the pleasure of working with me. The treatments here are wonderful & I have gone to Body In Balance in Fairfield many times for several issues over the years, now I reside in Vac so I come to the Vac location. I would always choose Body In Balance. They are all wonderful.
