Body in Balance Physical Therapy Land & Water

I am very happy with the physical therapists who are working with me. They listen carefully to me when I describe the issues I am having and always explain how the exercises they give me will help to strengthen my body. The facility is clean, well equipped and staffed with friendly helpful personnel.

I was referred for lower back strengthening and have received a wide range of exercises to increase range of motion, balance, and strength. Everyone at Body in Balance has been outstanding and I would highly recommend the team.

Body in Balance has taken excellent care of me. The staff is friendly and helpful. Facility always clean. The Dr was very attentive and had a plan to target my needs. I was being seen for massage therapy due to injury. Didn’t know that was a thing. Michael and Tanisha both give great treatment massages. I would recommend my family and friends to Body In Balance for therapy treatments.

I had such a great experience at Body in Balance! I worked with Rachel Norton and she was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful and showed great concern for my pain.
