I went in for my first massage ever and I was a bit worried because I didn’t know what to expect.. but she made me feel at ease as soon as a met her. The massage was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what is needed. My back feels better, I am finally able to move!

Francesca did a incredible job helping me through some chronic muscle pain and stiffness. I got my first good night's sleep in months after a 90 minute session with her. A unique and wonderful aspect of the appointment was the post-massage wellness consultation. Francesca sat me down to discuss potential future treatments, pinpointing exactly where I have been having pain and suggesting how to manage/fix it. I plan to go back for more treatments to address the issues I have been having and I and happy to refer anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and healing massage experience.

Relaxing atmosphere, skilled therapists. We did a couples massage for our anniversary. They gave us free aromatherapy and a box of local chocolates. How kind and thoughtful, thank you! Christina and Deni were so attentive and just right pressure. Highly recommended, we feel great!

Valerie was amazing! I asked for a general full body massage because I only wanted to come for one session on a special occasion and she gave me just that, while keeping in mind a few things I wanted her to focus on. In addition, I felt very comfortable around her. On another note, she’s really friendly and genuine. Valerie is a real one and I highly recommend her.

I've gotten many massages over my lifetime and I have to say, Bodies in Balance is one of the best! I've tried nearly all of the massage therapists and they are all phenomenal!! They each have their own style and are all able to do deep tissue. If you're in the Flagstaff area, try them out!!
