I love teaching here and am thankful for everything this center has brought to our community for all ages!! I have enjoyed taking HIIT to FIIT with Tammie Thomas when I can! I hope to catch water aerobics with Mrs. Sandy one of these days as well!

I attended the Senior Women’s exercise class lead by Beth Downs and Karen Murphy. These 2 ladies are awesome and loved by the members of the class.

UPDATE: I've since left this gym not because of staff or equipment but because the hours of availability are not conducive to people like me whom work for living. The owner needs to make better availability of hours to gym goers. Closing at 2pm on a Saturday is ridiculous! Not even being open on a Sunday is plain insane plus closing early on a Friday night when many of us drive an hour plus to and from work everyday makes zero business since. 24 hour availability can easily be obtained at this gym. The sheer ignorance of the owner to limit access for gym goers is outright dumb. We just moved to this small town recently. Never did I believe I would find a weightlifting facility equivalent or bigger than other "Big gym names". The weight lifting area is perfect, free weights, and machines. The cardio area not only has treadmills (10+), but also, cross country, stair machines (high end), a cardio machine I've never seen before where you can pedal with your "hands" if your legs get tired! They do have on-site massage, aerobics, an IN DOOR POOL, plus an indoor FULL basketball court! I think outside of the facility (I didn't investigate just "seen" this) there's a bicycle path/ dog trail, it's about 8 feet wide. Another great benefit because I'm a veteran I get 10.00 off monthly for a couples membership that's already a great deal! ($40.00). The only negative is the hours, it would be great if they would at least be available
