Bluewater Massage & Bodywork- Killen, AL

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and effective. It is a little bit like Heaven on Earth. Your body will thank you for it!

Highly unsatisfied first visit. I booked this place because I got a spa gift card for my birthday and found this place online. The first red flag was about a week after I booked the lady texted me and said she couldn’t do it, she had prior obligations but someone else could do it and she would be great. So I show up for my appointment and the front desk lady stares at me instead of asking for my name. So I tell her my name and that I have an appointment and she gives me paperwork to fill out. When I bring it back to the desk I have to squeeze it by her and another employee ignoring me handing my paperwork in so they could look at her new necklace. When I go back for my facial the lady doing it tells me she has to look at a sheet of paper while she is doing it because she doesn’t know how. She drops a metal facial roller on my face during the facial and rips one of my earrings out on the floor. Finally, when I go to pay they tell me they don’t have how to use the gift card and I had to have another form of payment. They couldn’t get ahold of the manger on the phone to ask, but told me if they figured it out they would call. No call. Don’t recommend this place, and I won’t be back.

I absolutely love Bluewater Massage!! Shannon and Makayla are who I go to most often, and they are honestly life savers!! I've also had sessions with a few other masseurs there and they were all great, too! I also have to mention Hollie, the receptionist, because she is always so nice and welcoming! I could not recommend Bluewater more!

My son and daughter in law purchased me the Mothers Day package and I just got around to using it today. My massage therapist Melissa was amazing! I haven't felt this relaxed in a very long time! I literally drifted off to sleep a few times during my massage because I was so completely relaxed! Everyone you encounter at Bluewater Massage is so kind and professional! They offer top notch relaxation and I'm ready for my next visit!

I’m a repeating customer and soon to be member. I’ve had appointments with Ashley and Shannon and they have both been wonderful. I highly recommend this business to anyone having a lot of back pain and muscle tension. Communicate your problems and they will definitely help you where you need it the most. 👍🏼👍🏼

I highly recommend Bluewater Massage to anyone needing some relaxation and complete transition to less stress and tension. I try to go at least 1 time a month which truly is a joy and and always highly anticipated. I was given a gift certificate to BWM about 4 years ago and it was certainly one of the best gifts ever.

Amazing staff. Very reasonable prices, especially when using the membership plans. Some of the best massage therapists you'll ever find! We've been customers since initial opening an have never been disappointed.
