I see Emily Davenport and I would highly recommend her to ladies who are struggling with pelvic and piriformis anterior pain! This was not my first round of physical therapy (another provider out of town) for these issues and I honestly had given up hope for feeling better. Emily is patient, knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares about her patients. She was able to give me more relief in 6 weeks than I had in 6 months at another provider! I am highly impressed and will continue using her physical therapy services.

Update: it’s a good thing I have screenshots because the owner deleted the records for the visit. They also attempted to forge my signature on the payment document. I have a screenshot there as well. I tried contacting Med Center to handle this discreetly, but received no response. I saw Emily Davenport last month. I will start that she was friendly and approachable. However, the visit left me feeling dirty. I was going to just ignore it and let it go until I got the notification of her notes on my account where she said I had “extensive mental health issues”. First, that is not for her to decide. Second, at least I didn’t talk about other patients using toilet wands while laughing about how embarrassing that is. Third, I have never in my life had a medical professional tell me to touch myself to help with pain in my female area. Fourth, when I said I was uncomfortable and didn’t know if that would help the pain she told me it was only to make future pap smears more comfortable. Not me. Not to help my pain. But to make it easier for doctors to perform procedures I don’t even need because I have never had relations. I have never felt so wholly disgusted. Because I didn’t want to do THAT and have never done that or other things, I must be mentally unwell? I will never ever go back to them or anyone else who deal with feminine issues. Disgusting. Update, reply to owner: I tried reaching out to you. You can email me if you want more information. I would rather it be in text form so I have a record of what you want to say. Thank you.

First, I should say the treatment was fine. My complaint is with the admin/account receivable process. I was required by my insurance to have PT before they would approve knee surgery. I went to several appointments and not one time did anyone at the front desk ask for a co-pay or a payment. I continued going and never once received a bill nor anyone told me I owed anything. A year later I get a phone call from Hillcrest Credit Agency saying I owe $1600. Come to find out they were sending my bills to wrong address. When I called them they told me they don’t call people to ask for money they just turn you over to credit agency! I am more than livid. Why did they keep seeing me if I owed Money. If I knew it was costing me I would have quit going because it did not change my need for surgery. I am going to therapy now post op at Graves Gilbert and they won’t send me back till I have paid. Now that is how you do business. 61 years old and never had a credit issue and Bluegrass turns me over for collections. Did not make one attempt to call my phone or ask me face to face before an appt. Enuff said.

Very friendly! Scheduling was a breeze. The wait was minimal for my appointment. Emily and Alexis are nothing short of fantastic! I’m definitely in good hands.😊

I had physical therapy with Bluegrass OutPatient before and after my hip replacement. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and my experience. Everyone is 100% focused on helping you get better. I strongly recommend.

My wife went there and worked with Nathan Johnson for her ankle therapy and absolutely loved him. Best in town.
