Craig and all of his support staff were excellent in helping me recover from an Achilles tendon injury. Craig always took the time to make sure I was proceeding in the right direction and that I understood the how, what and why of my therapy. I always enjoyed going to my therapy sessions as there was always a positive atmosphere amongst the staff. Good people here, that want to make you better.

Jordan, Parashar, Gwen and all the team at the Harrodsburg Rd. office are great. Helped me with recovery from hip replacement. Highly recommend them.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and the lady that walked us to the room was also kind however Dr. Hunt was very rude! He acted as though he didn't have time to answer questions and he seemed bothered by the questions my parents asked. He was very arrogant and had poor bedside manner.

BGO Harrodsburg is GREAT! The PT’s, PTA’s, other staff and students who are completing clinical rotations were wonderful when I recently received therapy for a knee replacement. Special shoutouts to Craig, Prasher, and Anna Beth. Thanks so much for putting up with me, especially when we were trying to get my knee to bend! You’re the best.

I had 10 weeks of physical therapy here after knee replacement surgery. Jordan and Prasher were great! The services provided were comprehensive, challenging, helpful and were essential to my fast recovery. The atmosphere here is welcoming, friendly, and I soon felt like one of the family. I will return when I have my other knee replaced.

I started PT in June of 2023 for a ACL/MCL reconstruction with meniscus repair by Dr. Huff at BGO. From day one, Zach, Jordan, Parashar, and Gwen all have been top notch. They all work together as an excellent team, supported me when I needed it the most, and have encouraged or pushed me as much as possible during this recovery period. Gwen is always so helpful when it comes to reschedules or insurance issues and is always a smiling face. They don’t come any nicer and respectful than Parashar! He is so attentive and thoughtful, to boot! Zach taught me to walk again (literally), and goes above and beyond when it comes to treatment plans. Jordan helped me hit my flexion and extension milestones while making an extremely painful time period lighthearted and fun! I love how all the therapists (and techs) collaborate with each other for ideas and exercises to try. I could write a book about how much I love this facility, and I am so grateful for all their hard work but most importantly their continued dedication to the positive outcomes of their patients! Excellent job, team! I couldn’t ask for better from my PT family! Shelley L.

June 8 I started my PT after tearing my bicep and rotator cuff. I chose to go to BGO on Harrisburg Road. Everyone there was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very professional. All the physical therapist there are highly rated, as well as their assistants. Erin was outstanding in working with me, she’s very knowledgeable and professional. She knew just how much to push and when to go easy. You can’t go wrong if you need therapy, they’ll definitely take care of you.
