Bloomfield Health Care Center

The change in my husband from being at the hospital and then at Bloomfield Health Care was miraculous. He felt he was deteriorating mentally and physically at the hospital. After one day at your facility it was like night and day. He will be going home after a week of PT and excellent care. The staff, every single employee, was friendly, attentive and professional. While I was visiting my husband daily I remembered, many years ago, my Grandparents were at this facility when it was Bloomfield Nursing Home..they were in the same room and were ‘residents’. Now, years later, my husband had the privelage of care provided by your care. Thank you for making a hard choice a pleasure.

One of the worst facilities i worked for, the aides LAZY the deny care to patients. They fired me my first 30 days from catching covid from THERE FACILITY! They do not get ppl out of bed for weeks they talk abt your family members amongst each other . Ive seen it all, they dont have diapers for weeks!

Reception desk staff was professional..responded to my questions. Social Worker.gave explained question. Met a.smiling client walking the all. My family member found clean and comfortable. I always drive by Bloomfield health.facility for years. I was happy to visit. Geriatric and nursing homes do require hard-working people. I truly appreciate your workers .thanks for all you do. God be with you all.

I have stopped in just about every day for the past few weeks to visit a friend. The staff for the most part are very kind and caring. There are a few that tand out above and beyond the rest that I would call exemplary....Mr Leroy, Ms Nadine and Ms Renee are top notch 5 star employees. Their service and dedication to patients stands them above the rest. Kudos tothem, its a tough job and not for everyone but they prove to be able to do ot well!!

Staff was very helpful and respectful, Bloomfield Health Center look like they're taking care of my sister-in-law because she looked good when I visited her. Keep up the good work!

The staff members were very courteous and accommodating. The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. Overall the facility was well kept and I enjoyed my short visit.

My sister has recently been admitted to this facility. Also, I have been her conservator for years. My experience with this Health Care Center has been surprisingly very good. Every department has been involved with her admission from the start. They have kept me updated with her transition. My sister seems to be acclimating well. The department heads are very patient and kind. So far; so good. I can only hope that my sister continues to thrive there.

I mostly interact with the front desk receptionist, and they are always professional, polite, and helpful. I love the automated "check in" system, it makes the sign in and sign out so easy.
