I write this review to hopefully give some direction to other people who may be in the same spot. I chose Bloom to be the primary care provider and the hospice for my grandparents as they entered that stage. I can’t put into words how eternally grateful I am to Bloom for making this process so easy. And the communication they provided to me during my grandparents’s time with them. We first came into contact with bloom when I needed them for primary care with my grand parents at their house. They were Amazing! I can’t begin to express how good the quality of care was. And then as they progressed through and eventually needed hospice we figured there would be no better company than Bloom. And it is safe to say that in my grandparent’s final moments they were comfortable thanks to Bloom. So I write this review to not only thank Bloom for the amazing care they provided in my grandparent’s final moments, but also to anyone considering Bloom, and to let those people know that their loved ones will be taken care of if they choose to go with Bloom. As a nurse who has worked with Lauren Foster NP, she has a knowledgeable & caring bedside manner that makes families & patients feel that they are truly important. I have never worked with a more dedicated provider. Everyone she sees feel valued & at ease. She goes above & beyond.

Not impressed at all. Under their care they found a 79 yr old woman who had fallen, was disoriented and bleeding. Clearly malnourished, dehydrated and with a few more physical inspections could have seen other issues - They did not call an ambulance, or do any sort of care other than clean her up change her shirt and leave her for a week without follow up. Malpractice is the word that comes to mind, complacent and a total lack of care. Shame on you !!! Don’t use them !!!

I have had great personal experience with Bloom over the years - they offer the flexibility and ease of having primary care services “come to you” which is especially convenient and sometimes very necessary for our senior population!

The providers who have cared for my mother have always seemed good. My complaint with Bloom is their horrible communication and follow-up. They switch providers without letting the family know. They are supposed to see my mother every 4 weeks however after 8 weeks without anyone seeing my mother, I called only to find out her provider had been changed without notifying the family and the new provider hadn’t seen her. Messages are not returned. They may been overwhelmed which is why the customer service is so disappointing. We need a dependable health care partner which is why we have left Bloom for another provider.

Terrible on all levels. Regularly they visited my mom, found an issue, and said they'd follow up and never did. The NP who visited my mom most frequently never charted her notes. They would never tell us when they were coming so we could meet them and ask questions. They changed a med on my mom but never cancelled the old med and as a result my mom was double dosed on blood thinners for 2 months. Very dangerous. I feel they lack accountability and follow through and are overall lackadaisical and careless.

Bloom is wonderful.Thanks for taking great care of my mom.Katilyn is an amazing doctor.Their home hospice is so kind,helpful and caring.Their entire staff is very professional,kind and caring..Their office staff is very helpful too..love you all at Bloom.
