Blast Off Children's Therapy Services, Inc.

Two of my kids are currently receiving Occupational services at Blast Off. I can’t say enough positive things about Jess and Val. They are hands down two of the most patient individuals. My kids are always met with kindness even on days they might not want to be there. Jess, has been working with my one son for almost two years and the amount of growth he’s had during his time with her has been incredible. As a parent being able to see this growth is just so heartwarming but nothing compares to my son recognizing the growth. Truly, even on the hardest days Jess gives my son a safe space and meets him where he’s at. We are so thankful for Jess. Val started seeing my other son about 4 months ago. In just the short time he’s spent with her we can see so much growth. He looks forward to working with her weekly. He calls it his Ms.Val time and counts down the days until his next session with her. Mary who works the front desk always greets my family with a smile and warm welcome. My kids could ask her 100 questions and she will do her best to answer every one of them. Mary is such kind and thoughtful person. Thank you to the staff at Blast Off.

Every therapist here has been fantastic! Easy to communicate with and make schedule changes when needed. Very accommodating. They are prompt with providing progress reports and after every session talk to me about how things went and what they are working on. My child loves coming to Blast Off!

I am a bit disappointed. I brought my son here when he was 30 months old i think. We had several sessions but none of them focuses on my child. We go there and the theraphist only ask about my sons well being and his activity at home. She always rely to me about my son. I was expecting she will evaluate my son based on her own observation by doing one on one session with him but she did not. The session only takes 30 mins and the facility is 30 mins away from my house. And she never had one on one with my son. And when the session is finished, she will hand me a paper of list on ehat to do or what to teach my son. It doesnt make sense to me. Thats why i stop going there. This is based on my experience only.

I have thought a lot about what to write in this review, because words can not express how grateful I am for Blast off. My son is in physical, occupational and speech therapy here. We interact with every single therapist that comes in those doors. Not just my sons own therapist but ones who are not assigned to him as well because Blast off makes you a part of their family. I have to bring my baby and 3 year old son with me to every appointment and we go 3 times a week, Mrs LuAnn has embraced us and even helped with my toddlers tantrums. Katrina in the front office is the best, I swear she is my new best friend lol. Emily has worked insane wonders as my sons speech therapist. He came to her just over 5 months ago with barely any understandable words and I cry almost everyday because I am seeing such great changes in him. He is vocalizing understandable sentences. It's an absolute miracle. We see Alyssa for PT and she is such a pleasure to see every week, my son went from not being able to run without tripping to running and jumping off everything. Last year he fell at a playground and knocked out his front teeth and I have been petrified ever since to take him to the park, but now I take him at least 3 times a week and he is so confident in his actions. I owe all that to Alyssa. Christine, what to say about Christine she has taught my son how to write and use scissors and helps with his picky food issues. Christine goes above and beyond to address and help with absolutely any issue I bring up. She even brings in my 3 year old to interact during sessions. Christine has and continues to prepare my child for school. This therapy center has been a God send to my child and family, without these wonderful people we wouldn't be where we are. Amazing experience with the Blast Off team. Every member of that team is there with your child’s best interest. Every encounter with the team has been pleasant and it is evident that they always go above and beyond for every family. Highly recommended.

Love this place. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My son is hitting millstones left and right. The staff is super friendly and amazing in everything they do both speech and ot.

Very grateful for what they have done for us.
