If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Truly all of the staff are amazing. Ashley, Jake, Taylor deserve a special shout out for all their help during my recovery from ankle surgery. They care about helping people and they’re great at what they do

Blake Physical Therapy (Jeff (the owner) and his whole team of professionals have been assisting me for many years. This is the best physical therapy company in Southern California. They are professional, they look and view exactly how to improve your pain on back or knee or any part of your body. They have the most modern updated equipment, and they really tailor the exercises and strategies for whatever pain or issue that you need to improve and get you up and running! They help immensely and they really are kind, and they understand and listen intently when you ask questions. They are by far in my humble opinion, the best Physical Therapy company in Southern California.!!!!! I highly recommend Blake Physical therapy for your PT issues. Blake Physical Therapy is superb . The staff is tremendous and so helping and kind . They work with you individually and they ask and answer every question you have . I have had Therapy at numerous Therapy places, none of those can match the superb , great level of care . The staff and admins are friendly , kind and very helpful. I recommend them HIGHLY !!! A ++++++

Unbeknownst to me, my assigned PT was actually an applicant for licensing and was still studying for the exam. Went twice. She was nice but very green. Did not know how to print out exercises for home. Was overly concerned with taking and recording many joint measurements. Exercises were all very basic. No exercise equipment used. The 2d appointment she passed me off to an assistant-4th day on the job. Both lacked confidence and experience. Two visits to this place. They did not attempt to schedule any more visits and I decided to go elsewhere. Maybe it was a bad pairing but it was not a good use of my physical therapy time.

I had Jessica as my physical therapist and Bailey and Rex as the assistants who helped me with my exercises. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I especially appreciated that Jessica gave me exercises that started out easy and gradually became more challenging. I felt that even the easier ones really helped me healing from my torn meniscus. The whole staff was also helpful and professional. I highly recommend Blake Physical Therapy.

For two years, I have been a patient at Blake Physical Therapy. In the last six months, it's become a family his-and-her relationship as we have both dealt with issues under the guidance of, and treatment by, the same gifted therapist. We feel very fortunate to have found Jasmine or "Doctor J," as I like to call her. Jasmine brings a personally invested approach to each patient and focused attention to each appointment. And I really mean that--her continuity is amazing as she builds a treatment program that shows quantifiable results. I feel good and she is adjusting the treatment schedule accordingly. Truly professional. We are incredibly well served by the staff in this practice and by Doctor J -- even to the point of following her to the Marina Del Rey location despite the Santa Monica location being much closer to our home. Yes, I'm a believer!

Would highly recommend. Very effective and honestly enjoyable. Separated my shoulder snowboarding and worked with Nicole primarily, but the whole staff is very hands on and they all work together so well to help you out in different ways. Nicole and everyone had so much detailed knowledge about my injury and the best ways to rehab it. Not to mention they were all just genuinely nice, considerate, and fun people to be around twice a week!

Everyone is professional and kind. Best place ever. My therapist Kevin is knowledgeable and friendly. He is amazing. If I need PT in the future, I will return to Blake.

If you have any kind of complex orthopedic problem, steer clear of Blake Physical Therapy! Jessica Sison, their "most popular and best physical therapist," ripped a perfect Left SI Joint fusion apart during my initial evaluation. This fusion involved a joint that connects the spine to the pelvis. Jessica pulled on my left foot and ankle on the fused side during my first visit. I felt the pop, could heard it and yelped in pain. I am now in a fight just to walk. Blake Physical Therapy asked me to bring my medical records with me and when I handed them to Jessica, she rolled her eyes. Did she think I'm blind? I have an extensive history of spine and hip fusions, but before I could answer her questions about it, she cut me off. That's when I was put on her table and she pulled my left leg. I was given my "personalized exercise program" which I observed every single patient in the exercise room also doing. Crazy how we all must have the very same orthopedic issues. Furthermore, one of the exercises Jessica prescribed, exacerbated the pain she caused me during my evaluation. It was way too advanced for where I was in my recovery. I lasted 3 or 4 sessions and quit. My condition deteriorated, I was in more pain and became completely dependant on the very crutches from which I had nearly weaned when I first walked in Blake PTs doors. What Jessica and their office manager, Denise (who purportedly, conveniently and magically witnessed the whole thing) claim is a "routine diagnostic" resulted in 2 revision surgeries and an ablation in less than 2 years and months and months flat on my back in crippling pain. There are only 3 screws in this fusion and Jessica loosened all three of them. Now I'm struggling to even walk. I've had decades of physical therapy. I have never had any single one of them treat my body with such recklessness. That Denise had the gall to defend that action knowing at that point I had already undergone the first revision surgery, I suppose is understandable since she's the business manager. But on a human level, she was dishonest about witnessing the event and callous in every aspect of her cold responses to me. Two years ago, when I brought this to Denise's attention, I had pie in the sky hopes of receiving an apology or some act of compassion. I assured her I'm not litigious and, after the 1st revision, I also said I wouldn't post about them on social media. Denise took no accountability, and dug in on the routine diagnostic story. Cool. Well now I'm reneging on my word not to post my truth. I WAS DAMAGED HERE!
