Blake Outpatient Therapy

Blake Medical Outpatient is the best. They have a great team, Dr. Kallis & his staff are all awesome. The director of the outpatient department is very passionate and caring. The therapists that I worked with pushed me hard to become independent, and it was a success. My OT Makenzie, ST, Sarah, (I forgot the older ST name, but she had blond hair, a soft voice, and a beautiful smile) PT, Brett, Colleen, Monica. The Nures, CNAs/Techs, the students, and all were great teams. Thank you all for putting up with me when I had anxiety outbursts and helping me through a very difficult time in my life. Special thanks to (Ms Donna the CNA) Anyone who ever need inpatient therapy Blake Therapy is the best place in the entire hospital. They even make your family feel welcome!!

Kelly, a Gem, and Kim are EXCELLENT certified hand therapists that got me back to work!!! The rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming, too! I'd definitely return here for therapy, if needed!

My father waited over 3 hours for an ultrasound on his legs. Dr had sent him over with serious concerns he has blood clots. He left without seeing anyone. I tried calling the clinic for help and no one returned my call. What is wrong with them? This is serious.

They have a wonderful team. They all have helped me tremendously. And I absolutely love the receptionist. She is wonderful.
