Megan and her staff as beyond amazing. I had issues with blood pressure and a few other things. They called and checked on me almost daily, they have went above and beyond. Kuddos to Megan, Taylor and Ashley! They are all amazing at the Black Oak Clinic. I highly recommend!

COULD NOT USE NO SHAVE WAIVER DUE TO IT NOT HAVING A SYMPTOM WROTE ON IT. I SUFFER FROM INGROWN HAIRS , I SENT A EMAIL ASKING IF THEY CAN SEND NEW WAIVER STATING THAT. THEY EMAILED ME BACK SAYING THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE!

Highly recommend Black Oak clinic for your health care needs. Ashley at the front desk is always so sweet and helpful with answering questions, insurance needs, and making my appointments. Taylor (the nurse), is so caring and super sweet. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after having a terrible allergic reaction. Megan (the NP/owner) has been amazing, helping me with various illnesses, but especially for my migraines. She helped me find an amazing neurologist and now has me on a treatment plan for my migraines that has changed my life.

Unfortunately, the no-shave waiver they provide does not come with any documentation and is not valid for military. This is not a retaliation post, I did not denigrate your services? I am informing other customers in similar situations that this service is not for them.

Megan Black is the most caring and compassionate person I’ve ever met! I’ve never had a health care provider treat me with such respect and care. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Thank you Megan for taking such good care of my family! We love you!!

I needed a shave waiver for work. The staff was quick to email me and I had no issues with the service.

They helped me receive a waiver to help with my job requirement of shaving. My job involves having blood, dirt, and other materials that are heavily filled with dangerous entities that could enter my skin due to my open face wounds.

I am so thankful for the care received by Black Oak Clinic. The home visits for home bound patients are so very helpful!
