Level of care was great, but the Staff was rude and disrespectful. Showed up 10+ min. before appointment. Waited 25+ min. before they noticed I was still waiting. Checked my Date of birth and name after another 15+ min. I was taken to room 9, and on the way out of the room the assistant said thanks for making it even though your 30 min. late, and slammed the door. We had words the next time he opened the door. They apologized the mistake was from a new girl out front. Still no excuse,

I was here from out of state doing pre employment screening. Lori the RN made my experience very pleasant she's great!
Usually, I have no problems at this office, however, my last visit was not good. As usual, the staff was extremely friendly but I did not appreciate the level of care I received. The nurse Lori, stabbed (a lot of force used) me with a needle without telling me she was about to give me a shot and twirl the need around as she pulled it out of my muscle. I was very puzzled because she seemed nice but her actions were not. I started to make a fuss and report her but she had a sincere look on her face. Although she left a bruise on my arm, I decided to let it go. I am just glad I treat my patients and fellow nurses better. Now, I know not to visit that office anymore.
Was able to make my appointment just the day before showed up 10 minutes early they had me in and out in under 45 minutes and took care of all the Filing for my CDL excellent experience clean facilities nice friendly competent people really eager to help put me back on the road thanks
These People will not pick up the phone. They're about to cost me my job.
