BCCHC is an EXCELLENT care facility and staff is top notch! Everyone is professional yet down to earth. This makes us feel comfortable and confident in our care. We are listened to and included in our care plan, which is a rarity these days. We are always greeted with a smile and check in is super easy via text, email, or simply at the office. The office is cleaner than all in the valley! NP Jodi Palmer is the very best and her asst. Lori is fantastic! All other staff we’ve ever encountered are always kind and respectful and greet us with a smile. With my daughter’s complex health issues, we’ve gotten proven and positive results with Jodi Palmer. I feel she has literally saved her life! Just can’t say enough good things about this place!

Came to see Dr. Chavez and the medical assistant, Tulsi was AMAZING! She made my day! Professional, beautiful and very sincere in her care for her patients. ❤️ Thank you, Tulsi for making me feel appreciated. I hope your employer realizes how valuable you are!

This place is a joke, waited for 45 mins after my scheduled appointment time, to be told that the doctor was running behind with other patients. The M.A. not knowing I sat in the lobby and watched the doctor literally just sit at her computer. After seeing the Dr and asking for medication that I have been on knowing it works to be told she will not give it to me but will give me something else, lmao why so you can get kick backs yep no thanks. Discharge paperwork please and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. It is a shame as this location is 4 mins from my house.

Tried this office once again and again the receptionist put me down for the wrong time and I can’t see anybody today after driving all the way up here! I have had nothing but problems with this doctors office and literally nobody seems to care and fix the problems

I live in Black Canyon City and have been a patient of this center for over 5 years. They're done a very good job for me. Really good about dealing with medical problems. Doctor Hancock has a great Staff

Darrelle Mcbride is absolutely wonderful!! I had stopped going to this group years ago because of the providers. I decided to try it since the provider I had been seeing at a different office was MIA. I'm so thankful I found someone like Darrelan to be my provider. She is awesome. I'm glad my other provider disappeared. I hope she stays a long long time. She is an asset to the medical office and is above thorough. And her daughter is adorable too!! I have an entirely different attitude about this office now.

Edit: I saw Jodi Palmer yesterday, now that Darrelan is gone. I’m so happy with my experience. I’ve never met such an amazing group of providers! Thank you soooo much Jodi!! I had to make another review with her in it! I’m so happy to have found this place!!! First review: I had the pleasure of seeing NP Darrelan McBride. She is such a blessing. I’ve had a lot of health mysteries. I’ve been called crazy, and swept to the side. She is so kind, and gives me so much hope for the future. I am so thankful, and hopeful for the first time, in along time. She has an amazing energy, she makes you feel like family right away! Aside from that everyone there was so warm and welcoming!

I've been going here for about five or six years. The care is good when it comes to the nurse practitioners but the doctor who owns the place does not care about people and it shows by how he talks to you and treats you. He is completely detached from caring. The nurse practitioners however do care and it shows in the same way by how they talk to you and treat you. I would highly recommend the nurse practitioners.
