She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my treatment plan. My name is Debbie and I have an active life style which includes golfing, mountain biking, fitness workouts, etc. Upon entering my 50’s I began to experience knee pain which continued to get worse with an increasing pain element. At 56 years of age I decided to try the Birch Pain and Spine clinic. Specifically I was introduced to Dr. Sclafani who explained a PRP procedure which I decided to try. I was treated at the Tracy location by Dr. Sclafani, Megan and Anna. The procedure was handled very professionally and painless. The recovery was amazingly good. My knee pain subsided and virtually disappeared in 3 to 4 weeks. With a couple of additional treatments my knee pain is gone and my active lifestyle is back to normal pain free. I recommend this staff to anyone for treatment they were great!

If you are living in pain you MUST go see Dr. Lina. She treats the CAUSE of your pain rather than masking it with cortisone injections and pain meds. I had been going to an orthopedic doctor for several years for my knee pain (both knees) I underwent arthroscopic surgery on one knee that determined my cartilage was breaking down and completely gone in some areas. The surgery was very painful and did not give me any relief from the pain. After that I was functioning by receiving cortisone injections every two months (which I later learned from Dr. Lina actually damages cartilage) My orthopedic doctor said I was too young for a knee replacement (I am 50) I happened to see an ad for Birch Pain & Spine Group and I contacted them for an appointment. After my initial consultation, my husband and I agreed that this treatment plan was worth a try. I now have the strength back in my knees, I can climb stairs without holding onto the handrail, I can sit down and get up without pain. I am so grateful for Dr. Lina and nurse Olga who clearly are passionate about helping people become pain free. Thank you!!
