My husband and I got a couples massage from Lauren and Kristen. They were absolutely amazing. The spa was incredibly clean and well kept, and the massage was beyond what we could have asked for! The ladies checked in on us throughout our massage to make sure we were completely happy with our service, and made sure to pay attention to any areas we had any extra tension. Truly a 5 star experience. I would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to go back!

We booked a couples massage and went a little early to utilize the steam room beforehand. I had an anti stress massage with Jennifer and it was truly relaxing. I fell asleep at one point, which is not usual for me. My husband had a deep tissue massage with Loren and said it was the best massage he's ever had. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Tahoe!

The PERFECT massage x2! My wife and I had a couples massage from Kristen and Lauren. We’ve experienced great massages in spas and on cruise ships around the world, but for me this was the BEST massage I’ve ever had. Lauren knew exactly how to address, my areas of tension to relieve my constant low back pain. She masterfully felt and worked each issue until it released—and it never felt painful or too much. It was exactly what I needed. For my wife’s massage Kristen used perfect, consistent pressure to identify areas that needed attention and knew exactly how to address each one. Phenomenal!

Second visit while we vacation in the fall, Nov 22' & 23'. Halie does amazing facials. So happy to have service with her on both visits. Very relaxing, great massage included. Will be back.

Some of the best massages we've had. Kind, mindful service and care. My husband and I reserved the couples room for his restorative and my prenatal massage. So glad we found them. We'll be back!

Had a massage with Loren- she was fantastic- listened to my needs, checked in about pressure, and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced with getting to the root of the stiffness / working the connected muscles that contribute to pain, but might not be the ones that are sore. Good location, beautiful office space. Highly recommend.

We were in town for our anniversary.. for a relaxing massage, this was incredible. The atmosphere, the rooms, the therapists, everything was perfect. My husband and I have never felt so good after leaving! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!

The experience at Biospirit is seamless & thoughtfully curated to meet you where you are - I worked with Kebbra on deep tissue massages a handful of times over the last few visits to Tahoe, and am frankly spoiled rotten now - she’s got a deep PT knowledge of bodywork & is incredible at monitoring injuries as the massage goes.
