The physical therapy is very good. First you warm up on a stationary bike and then you will have some great attention to whatever needs work. Mostly it's enjoyable, but not without some difficult work.

Thad and Bio Personnel has always been very helpful and supportive. I truly feel like I am having my best interest in mind when I see the physicians here. I have had two meniscus surgeries and that has gotten me on track to competing in ultramarathons again I am extremely grateful. All the staff is extremely nice and I would highly recommend to any athlete or any recovery in general.

Super rude personnel in this office. Called me to tell me I had an appointment. Scared me because she called me by my first name but I don’t need physical therapy? I asked her to clarify and it turns out she was calling the wrong person. Gave me a rude flippant response and hang up on me when I called back then laughed at me. This is the quality of personnel they hire…can’t apologize for their mistake, just laugh at patients or prospective patients and think they’re in the right. This attitude would not fly in any other professional environment.

The experience has been absolutely fantastic! The scheduler worked hard to get me asap despite the wait list. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The decor and vibe of the clinic is really fun! Definitely recommend BioMechanics!

Thad and his team provided excellent care and rehabilitation following my ankle surgery that resulted from a double fracture in my left ankle and a fracture in my left fibula. The surgeon told me that typical recovery time with my type of injury is 12-18 months, but much depends on post-op care and physical therapy. I put my confidence in Thad and his team to help me through the recovery and they delivered. It was hard work and often painful, but the process was well worth the results. It has been a little under 8 months since my accident and surgery and I'm back to my typical activity level prior to the accident. I'm hiking and biking our beautiful trails with my wife and recently took a trip to Disneyland with our grand kids where we walked a bunch of miles every day and built some lifetime memories. I would recommend Thad and The BioMechanics Physical Therapy team to anyone needing competent, effective and caring physical therapy care.

I was referred to Bio by my Chiro...."the best the best" Thad and someone else? I don't know the name of the other guy. The front office staff is clear, efficient, and friendly. I had never heard of a traveling physical therapist, I now know they exist. Grateful to be finishing my PT with Rachel. I am stronger and still wonder what the names are of the two "great" PT Guys. Why don't you make eye contact? I am not your patient YET my insurance has paid ALOT of money, which is well deserved. I guess I could introduce myself to you. I am in your house of therapy. I would think you would want to know my name? I agree you are" the best the best " and I will be back as the theory behind biomechanics is fascinating....... Thank you Rachel.....Happy Trails

I have never been to physical therapy. At 33, I now have to go for a herniated disc and some issues being caused by degenerative disc disease. I saw Brady today for my initial assessment. He was courteous, professional, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He was gentle and listened for when things hurt. He clearly is there to help and not hurt, he seems to care. I am confident that he will help the pain subside and mobility to increase. Thanks man.

I've never had such a terrible experience with a receptionist before. The level of unprofessionalism and outright rudeness was shocking. I'm appalled that a professional medical establishment actually tolerates an employee like this. Please avoid this office at all costs if they choose to have people like this as a first contact.
