Highly recommend. Janelle helped me understand and manage pain from stress, overuse, misuse and a lifetime of poor alignment. I learned things about how the body functions, and how to help it function better. Being a very tight person in general - who hates to stretch - the techniques she uses to realign and basically "train your brain" are brilliant and they work! Not only that she is committed to self-care, because most of the time I am on my own not in her office! Within her location she can also utilize a regenerative medical team to assist with her practice.
