I learned things about how the body functions, and how to help it function better. Being a very tight person in general - who hates to stretch - the techniques she uses to realign and basically "train your brain" are brilliant and they work! Not only that she is committed to self-care, because most of the time I am on my own not in her office! Within her location she can also utilize a regenerative medical team to assist with her practice.

Janelle provided me with a clear understanding of the pain in my shoulders, how it may have been caused and how to correct it through movement therapy and realistic self care. Her office has a friendly and professional atmosphere with plenty of tools to measure and identify trigger points, conduct gait analysis and assist in creating better body mechanic habits.
