Beyond Therapy has been a life changer and savior for my son Kash and his delays! They are always communicating and understanding. They take therapy seriously and know how to make the kids feel comfortable at the same time! My child absolutely loves going to therapy each week! Kayla (OT) and Taylor (Speech) are the best! Beyond Therapy has gone above and beyond in every way. We have had PT, Speech and OT all through them. They love their patients and serve them well. We have seen a complete transformation in our child. He is more competent in gross and fine motor skills and is more confident! They also care about partnering with the parent to ensure success for their children. Our therapy experience has been such a gift to us. I couldn’t recommend Beyond Therapy more!

My child Annabelle absolutely adores beyond therapy! She asks to go one days she doesn’t have an appointment! They are so sweet to her and accommodating to myself I could not ask for anything more. Compassionate and caring just exude through my child’s support from them. I cannot recommend beyond therapy enough. I fell so blessed to have these wonderful people in my child’s life. They give her so much confidence and it means the world to both of us ❤️🙏

We used Beyond Therapy for 6 months earlier this year for my son’s OT (Dixie) & ST (Lexi.) The good is that we were able to get a device for my son. Other than that, I don’t think they were patient enough with my 4 year old son (autistic, pre-verbal, & high energy.) They should specify if they can work with certain behaviors on the spectrum. At one point only Lexi was coming out to speak to me about his progress. Dixie is the one that decided to put him on the break after Lexi was not available to bring him out. I was not told he would be on a break until I asked and I did not think that was proper communication. I sat in on his session to see why he would need to go on break and I saw they were trying to work with him together. They should have known that he would not be able to do that after working with him for 6 months. And after I was told I was trying to do the OT’s by advising them how to work with my son, (which she later apologized after I addressed it) I pulled him. Not saying every therapist is like that there, but if your child has more challenges than usual, make sure you are monitoring their sessions to make sure everything is being done “right.”

We have been going to Meg for several months now and absolutely love her!! My daughter looks forward to seeing her every week. The improvements we have seen overall have been incredible, and have confirmed that we made the right choice in choosing to be evaluated by Meg at Beyond Therapy! My daughter does not have any significant struggles, but this therapy has really helped her manage her little nervous system, and we could not be more grateful for the team at Beyond Therapy!

My child has been receiving speech and OT at Beyond Therapy on and off for 3 years. Every therapist we’ve had truly wants what’s best for your child and they’ve each gone above and beyond. My child is excited for therapy days and adores her therapists, and I can’t ask for much more than that! Special shout out to our OT, Amanda who challenges and pushes my child to do hard things in the kindest way possible. Thank you, Beyond Therapy!

Amanda is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She was always looking for the best practices, new techniques, and extra strategies to help our daughter and is a true advocate for her patients. She went out of her way to be sure we had the knowledge and tools we needed to continue therapy exercises at home. Beyond Therapy is the best of the best!!

I expected more from our appointment as the company is one of the oldest in the area and receives the most difficult cases. Upon walking in the check-in staff were not friendly or professional. The black receptionist saw me walk in and didn't acknowledge my presence. She looked at me and then answered the phone. The proper thing to do is to greet the person in front of you and then ask them to hold a second. The white lady did not greet me either. The white receptionist left her sliding window closed and said, "name". She later opened her window to scan my ID. Our therapist (Taylor) greeted us politely. I told Taylor that my daughter messed up her clothes (pooped) as my son's session was ended. She provided us with wipes. I gave the wipes to another therapist once we finished using them. She forcefully trashed the wipes in the trash, as if my child had an STD and blood was dripping from the wipes. Why so forceful?! Upon leaving I gave my paper work to the black receptionist. She told me to lay them on the desk, as she walked away. What about HIPPA? I told her that I was placing them face down so no one would get my son's information. I spoke with a therapist that doesn't work there and she informed me that this place has a "coldness that can't be explained". I wish I would have done my research before scheduling.
