Amazing team of people! The dedication and commitment to their clients is apperant from the moment you arrive. The easy way they folded my family into theirs was exactly what was needed. Truly an answer to our prayers.

The staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with. I have seen them go out of there way to work around parents work schedules, so their child can ride. This place is a great place for disabled children to come ride and learn about horses. The hippo therapy really works as I have a child that rides here and every since he has started riding we have seen a-lot of improvement. His anger issues have lowered as it gives him something to work and look forward to, his balance has improved, and most importantly it shows him that he's not the only one with his condition. If you have a child that is mentally or physically challenged and you are looking for something for them to do I recommend you give these kind folks a call. If your worried about your child falling off the horse or getting hurt, I want you to know that they go above and beyond by having staff at all 4 positions of the horse and if needed I believe they have even more safety harnesses.

I've had the opportunity to volunteer with this amazing program since it began, in addition to my husband and our older children. However, as a parent, my youngest child received his Speech Therapy using the horse for "hippotherapy." His therapists, Mollie Gentry & Karen Hanson, used creative measures to get the best outcome with him. Including riding backwards, with some shaving cream on our horse's fanny! He couldn't anticipate the movement of the horse, which required his body to concentrate on that so they were able to get more attention on his "sounds." Perfect for a child with ADHD! We tested out of Speech Therapy in 3 months! If you have an active child & you are looking for a "breakthrough" ~ Give hippotherapy a try! The group at Beyond Boundaries are professional & loving!
