Be careful! Billing department will rip you off and if Dr is too busy your left at appointment without a Dr!!! I’ve tried reaching out for help but they just keep threatening to send me to collections!

Right out the gate they started therapy with no hesitation and complete knowledge of my needs and limitations. They have been accommodating to my schedule and listen to me 100%. I found Better Health Chiropractic on Google after suffering from severe neck pain and some lower back pain from a car accident. I have always been able to get scheduled for appointments at a time in the evening that fits my work schedule, and so look forward to my visits. From the minute you step through the door you are greeted by the most welcoming and friendly staff you could imagine. I never have to wait more than a few minutes to get started. I have had the absolute best experience at Better Health and am so thankful to have found Dr. Wells and the Better Health Chiropractic team! Highly recommend!

Dr. Jacob Boll is not only friendly but he made my first appointment less stressful by explaining imaging and treatment plans thoroughly and sprinkled in some humor while he was at it. I felt welcomed and at put at ease. I'm always anxious in a new place and it's refreshing to have a clinic where I love the entire team. Traci is always ready to help with a smile and gets things done. Terrance is great at making you feel at home and explaining treatments/stretches. David is wonderful at massage and always makes great conversation. They have a great team here in Juneau and I look forward to continuing treatments and feeling better each time!

I first came to Better Health Alaska with symptoms of lower back pain. X-ray was taken and chiropractic treatment was initiated immediately. Dr. Wells put me in treatment called Alaska Back Pain Protocol- Massage Therapy/Physical Therapy, IDD System, Chiropractic Care and Rehabilitative Therapy. By completing the full range of chiropractic care prescribed by Dr. Wells, I was able to find relief. After 1 month of treatment, the pain I had experienced have subsided. Better Health Alaska staff are always very helpful and make every visit very comfortable. I highly recommend Better Health Alaska to anyone looking for a way to better health.

Update!! After 5 plus weeks of physical therapy at Better Health, I feel like I got my life back! I feel stronger, joined the gym & ready to continue what I learned at Better Health.
