I am giving a 5 star rating because of how wonderfully nice the staff has been when I first called them! I was going to try and get in with Therapy Trails but that was a longer waiting time and they did not even call me back when I left a detailed message to see if my referral went through for both my kids from their pediatrician's office! I can say they are beyond nice and helpful which I absolutely love how they helped me learn new things to help my children out to be the best they can be! I love love love the atmosphere whenever I walk in at every appointment the therapist that work with my two children are very upbeat and uplifting to me and my children so I don't have to worry! They help me out so that I don't worry about all the mile stones to make sure I am happy as well with their progress! I will forever recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area close of they need to have therapy done with their kids! I 100% love everyone and my kids are so happy here going from my infant almost 1 years old to my four year old!

Both our boys started at Better Days in August. We love Josie for speech therapy and all the occupational therapists. A major plus was there was no wait. While they aren't in network for our insurance, they do help file as an out of network provider and communicate with our insurance. From day 1 of reaching out to Better Days that have been extremely nice, patient and communicative. They answered all my many questions very graciously. Going to therapy for your children can be stressful and Better Days has made it as least stressful as possible.

So grateful I found this place, the staff is friendly and their scheduling is very accommodating. The therapist are so supportive and patient with my 3 year old which has made him so comfortable coming here. I love seeing how he rushes to the door every time we arrive. Would recommend Better Days to anyone!!!

We have been seeing Mrs. Caitlin weekly and love her. My daughter receives speech services and I, as a parent, could not be more pleased with her therapy, friendly staff, and nice environment of the office. My daughter loves and looks forward to going which makes the experience great for everyone.

I called around for MONTHS trying to find a center for physical and speech therapy for my one year old after she was referred by her pediatrician. Every center had a six month plus long waitlist They were able to evaluate me and get therapy started fairly quickly. After a little over a month of therapy my daughter began showing improvements. I could see her incorporating things she learned from therapy in her everyday play and at home. I would recommend this center a thousand times. I am so pleased with the staff and my daughter’s progress in such a short time.

If you are in search of quality care and support for your child, your search ends here! BDT came highly recommended by a trusted family friend, which initially gave me pause. However, after some consideration, I decided to explore this option further, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice. The warmth and friendliness of the staff truly set this facility apart; they welcome you with open arms and treat each child as if they were part of their own family. What has impressed me the most is the genuine concern and dedication the team shows towards the development and well-being of my child. The environment they create is nurturing and supportive, allowing children to thrive and reach their full potential. Since my child began attending BDT, I have witnessed remarkable improvements in not only their skills but also their confidence and enthusiasm for learning. Every day brings new progress and joy, reinforcing my decision to choose this exceptional facility.

My son attends BDT for feeding therapy. Our therapist has helped in many ways with helping our son swallow better and try to prevent aspiration. Although when we go in for our appts, he makes me out to be a liar 😂 at home he really does well with eating and trying new foods. They are not in network with our insurance but it’s totally worth it to continue going to them. Our therapist really does care about him doing better and being able to one day drink milk without it being thickened. ❤️

We have had an amazing experience bringing our toddler here for PT and OT. Everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly! Our toddler looks forward to her appointments every week!
