Better Care Chiropractic & Physical Therapy

Chiropractor was great! Very repetitive introductions and paper work the worst part was my physical therapist I would literally give 0 stars of it was just about her. Total lack of interest in anything directed me what to do without checking form. When I told her I didn’t feel any stretching her response was really? I repeated myself and she said o well just keep going.

At first, I was skeptical of physical therapy. I told my doctor I just wanted more steroid shots, but he wouldn't do it. Last year, I suffered a shoulder injury during my workout. After only a few weeks here, my shoulder is making improvements. I'm not 100% yet, but I've regained hope. The folks here at Better Care aren't just "going through the motions", they really want to help. I'm going to continue going to my appointments and provide an update here.

Great new location, fantastic staff, and Dr. Custer is the best. In house PT, why live with pain or weakness, you will be surprised what they can help with.

Was told the appointment would be fully covered by insurance. After the appointment I was charged $150 due to their mistake. They didn't file a claim and I had to request the claim be files. Then they messed up the claim. Terrible first time experience and cannot recommend.

I was in so much pain, and my doctor suggested that I needed a chiropractor... I ended up in the right place, cause they are taking very good care of me. I'm able to return back to work. I would like to thank them so very much for everything that you're doing to help me get back to my regular routine... ... if you got pain,.. give them a call 👍

Wonderful experience great atmosphere to heal physically and mentally. The staff care and support you each step of the way. Genie is amazing and what a blessing

The therapists and staff at this facility are second to none. They are very knowledgeable and work hare to restore your health. I would not hesitate to return there if I require therapy in the future.

They are all very professional each of them know their job is very very well it is very clean and they have helped me in my physical therapy and they are wonderful
