I have here at Bethel Health care now for over 3 weeks. I will have to say in all honesty the staff and that covers 3 shifts along with the Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist also the Coordinators have been the best. I have had no issues what so ever. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of a rehab to come here

Teamwork makes Bethel Health Care a standout. I have been by my loved one's side for a month , and every day I am greeted by a smiling receptionist or lovely concierge. The cnas and nurses are diligent and caring The maintenance crew and kitchen stafff streamline right into the days plan like a well oiled machine. The rehab staff is phenomenal working with the patients, staff, planning team, as well as families. We have been very fortunate in our stay to have compassionnate and quick care. Also, the activities offered every day are fun and varied. And the outside as well as the inside of the facility is very pleasing to the eye and all the senses. The facility is kept very clean and cheery , and we understand that everyone loves the administrator. Kudos to Bethel Health Care Center.

The staff at BHC are friendly, compassionate and some went above and beyond which made the very difficult time in our family's life a bit easier. My dad's primary nurse and aide, Tina and Patti on the second floor were amazing. Mandy Potter was always helpful and accommodating with his food needs.

Visited my MIL at Bethel. The place is lovely. The decorations, the room, my wife said it looked more like a hotel than rehabilitation facility. Plus MIL is comfortable and is receiving good care.

I was a resident at Bethel Health twice this year. I spent 100days this year. I was released only to return 9 weeks later. I was asked where would you like to go. Of course, I said Bethel Health. Also at the same time my wife a retired BSRN needed rehabilitation so she also became a client at Bethel Health. We both found the staff to be outstanding. All we can say to sum up our thoughts looking at the staff to be warn caring people. We wish to give a shout out to some individuals who treated us with compassion, kindness and professionalism that was outstanding. Some that were outstanding were as follows; Joesph would come in to my room take care of me but certainly going above in caring. For example I asked him a question about using a board to get in wheelchair or a sit to stand device. I wanted to know which would recommend. He thought for a moment replied you are asking the wrong person. The answer would come from you as to wish is easier. Thank you Joesph for your sense of humor. Next I would like to recognize Lisa who was my aid during the days during my first stay. Lisa was a true professional. She helped me tremendously during my stay. She recommended ways of doing things. At that time I was weak and honestly scared. She reassured me that things would get better. She cared for me very professionally but in such a way I knew how much she cared for her patients. She also found the time to help me in my journey. Thank you Lisa for your hard work and excellent care. Kent was also one of my aides both stays. His sense of humor always there no matter how busy he was. As with all the hard working staff I meet. I could easily see how hard their work was considering the number of staff and patients he had to work with daily. I could see kit was a very caring person who truly believed he was in the job he was meant to be thank you Kent. Francis always a warm smile on her face always with a terrific sense of humor, no matter how hard she was working. She truly brought joy to our patients and cheered them up. I would be in the hall. Example in my wheelchair going somewhere and she would stop and smile and say how’s it going with her she was my Aid that day or not Thank you Francis your smile I will always remember Nick. What could I say he was the best of the best with his sense of humor, but more importantly, his caring nature for his patience we really connected and such a way that I got to know him and he got to know me a little bit better personality is sense of humor is caring nature we’re all who Nick was, she was extremely caring for his patience, and I was very glad the days that he was my CNA because I knew experience whenever he came into the room thank you Nick I will always remember you and all you did for me physically and mentally I know this was the job you were meant As for the PTOT staff downstairs I worked with Cindy, who did many jobs very well. I remember the first time he came into the room and lifted a leg of mine, which at that point was useless, and began to talk to me, explain what she was doing and I just was so excited to be able to lift my leg without any sense of pain or just comfort Cindy was always warm. I was PT room going by her desk or meeting her in the hallway thank you Cindy for all your hard work and behalf of the patience you’ve touched. Alex, who is my physical therapist for both of my stays he worked with the team and was a team member that worked so hard in getting me rehabilitated.. I would not be doing as well today if I hadn’t had the care of Alex, Cindy, and of course Katie but as far as Alex was concerned, that only did he know what I needed or how I needed to work on something he was great I have to give him a big shout out for his caring nature. Alex was gentle with me and yet got me to advance that I left there after the second visit, but stronger physically and mentally thank you Alex is all I can say you were great. Katie, with my occupational therapist I’m running out of space thank you were great!

My husband has dementia and I was worried about how he would react going into a nursing home but at Bethel Health Care Center he is happy as a lark. The staff and nurses are so nice and take great care of him. He loves the food and is quite content. I can rest knowing he will be ok. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their loved one 🥰🥰

I have been a patient at Bethel health care for 5 months now. I have acquired a great relationship with the nurses and aides, along with the administration staff, everyone has been extremely helpful, kind, caring and dedicated. My speech therapist Alyce and physical therapist Alex have been a tremendous help in getting me to where I am today! The concierge Nancy has also been extremely helpful in guiding me in the right direction. Thank you to all the staff all the BHC!!

1) Staff--Monique Rivera - can't get any better = A+---Christine Tracy - Helpful, knowledgable, and informative = A --- Nurses--Millie&Ellen(day shift), Mary (night shift) = A----Concierge--Nancy Rodrigues = A. I'm sure there are more who deserve cudos but can't remember names ------ Some aren't worthy, but on a whole I rate them a B... 2) Food---unfortunately I have to rate the menu and edible quality -- D...They can't even make toast that should be toasted not just cold bread...Half of things on menu aren't available and the substitution they serve aren't edible----sorry but that's the truth... Housekeeping and Laundry--B+...Laundry is fine but wash cloths in harsh detergents and itched alot because they couldn' wash in "clear" detergents... Wishes-- that they should control volumns of TV' and radios especially AT NIGHT because they interupted my sleep --C-----. All in all the facility is clean & staff is friendly.....Overall grade B+ or C-.....
