BEST Physical Therapy

My primary doctor urged me to try physical therapy, specifically, B.E.S.T. in Middlesex or South Plainfield, NJ, before considering risky back surgery. I was glad to give it a try, and I found the staff (I went to the South Plainfield location) to be welcoming and compassionate. Laurie, along with Michelle and Kim, taught me strengthening exercises to help alleviate pain and other symptoms. After about 6 weeks of treatment, I am confident that I can continue the exercises at home and (I hope) avoid back surgery. Gisselle in scheduling is also sweet and helpful. I'm very happy with my experience at B.E.S.T. Highly recommend.

They’re not named BEST for nothing because they really are the BEST. From treatment to customer service absolutely the BEST . Great team especially Lori the therapist she cares about your pain & is an expert in targeting where it’s coming from to get rid of it & Gisselle at the window is so inviting ,efficient , friendly and helpful.

Keith and his team are first class therapists and provide excellent care! It really does make a difference whom you choose as your therapist for a better recovery. Keith provides personal and specific therapy for your injury or post surgical needs. I give Keith and his team an A+.

The team here is wonderful and genuinely cares about your recovery and well being. I went from zero range of motion back to my pre surgery range of motion.

My experience so far has been a great one. I can say the staff and the care they provide is top notch. I’ve been going to this place for more than 6 months for my back and hip injury they have helped me out of pain and back on my feet running again…. Amazing ,friendly, flexible and over all a very experience team… as the name suggests they are the best I go no place else..
