BEST Physical Therapy

They’re absolutely the best! I’m so grateful for their help. The entire team was so welcoming and attentive, starting with Angie at the front desk. My therapists, Kim and Paul, were incredibly professional and caring, they took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan and provided me with the tools and exercises I needed to recover from my injury. I made incredible progress and felt supported every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for all their help. I highly recommend this location for whoever needs physical therapy!

Simply stated they are the BEST. Thank you Best (Almaden) for setting the highest standards of physical rehabilitation, education and care for your clients. This review is long overdue, however, because I’ve waited 18 months to submit this review, I think I can give a thorough evaluation of the Almaden Best Physical Therapy office and their services, which explains why I highly recommend them to other patients . It all begins with Angie at the front desk, she is friendly, helpful and welcoming. She consistently is on top of scheduling patients appointments and dealing with insurance issues. All the physical therapists at this office are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and form a cohesive team that maintains quality control and integrity. The physical therapy aides are friendly, encouraging and engaging with patients. My treatment has been for pinched nerves, in the neck, and back and total hip replacement surgery. I am extremely appreciative to my physical therapist (Kim). Your expertise, support, guidance, and encouragement have made all the difference in my recovery and regaining my physical mobility and strength.

I highly recommend this location on Almaden Expressway. My therapist Kim is one of the best I've experienced on patient care! She always helps me when I come in with pain by her therapy she provides and teaching me throughly how to do exercises and workouts at home. She is super professional and detailed when it comes to our benefit in patient healing and care. The office over all is very welcoming and are pretty good on trying to accommodate in making appointments I highly recommend Kim as a therapist and this location !

Kim is the absolute B.E.S.T. I have truly benefited working with Kim at the Almaden facility. She, along with the other providers (Adan, Nadiem) are awesome. They know their stuff and I am amazed at how they continue to find new ways to help me with my post ACL surgery rehab. Highly recommend this facility

I had PT for over a year at BEST at the Almaden facility for two issues, one lower back surgery and the other a rotator cuff shoulder repair. My therapist, Kim, was outstanding throughout the process. She showed a high degree of empathy and at the same time was strong with her recommendations. She would sometimes text me after hours and on weekends with reminders or extra suggestions which showed me how much she cared about my case and well-being. She worked seamlessly with my health care providers. I know other people who enjoy their therapists at BEST, too. I’m just saying that I feel lucky to have had Kim. Yesterday was my graduation day for both issues, and I’m really happy with the results. I’ve had other PT in my life, and they don’t always have a happy ending like this. I also agree with other posters that the front desk and other support staff are on point and really pleasant to work with. Never had any issue there, and while they are not always able to pick up the phone when needed, they do respond promptly to text messages. For the future, I’d recommend them having an online system for reservations management for all of the therapists. Getting on the calendar far enough out was a consistent challenge. If you are considering or needing a PT in San Jose, I wouldn’t hesitate to visit BEST in Almaden Valley.

BEST PT in Almaden Valley is great. Angie at the front desk is always so helpful and nice :) and Adan is the best! Great little physio center! I’ve been going there for a few years now and they’re great.

I first visited BEST Physical Therapy in 2020 for 6 months of PT on my painful frozen shoulder. In late 2023, I injured my ankle playing pickleball and required 8 months of PT. All of the staff and the therapists are experienced and listened to my needs/concerns. Most importantly, the treatments were successful. As a result, I didn't require a cortisone shot from my doctor and I am living pain free with full range of motion back in that arm and ankle. For the past 2 years, I have been taking their Core Classes. The instructors care about teaching the proper exercise technique and focus on making your core stronger to help you avoid future injuries. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend their services.
