By far Travis & Christine are two of the best in the area. Very professional & knowledgeable. Was back to normal from rotator cuff surgery in no time. The facility is bright, clean & easy to get to. Highly recommend Best Health!!!

I have just finished my treatment at Best Health PT for an injury to my Hip I damaged the Bursa & iliotibial tendon band when I fell. My orthopedic took an X-ray to make sure it wasn’t broken and recommended PT. Seeing that I’m always in Groton I mentioned Best Health and he said definitely, they’re very good, and they didn’t disappoint. I started treatment, which wasn’t easy but truthfully I felt less pain when I left. They were awesome, Chris explained everything she was doing & she encouraged me to do the work at home as well. They were compassionate, professional and actually fun. I’m feeling back to normal and back to my normal crazy schedule thanks to Best Health, Chris, Travis & of course JoJo who always tried to sit me near the “water view” Keep up the great work!

Everyone at Best Health Physical Therapy are awesome. Very professional and I appreciate the personal care I receive. I was alittle apprehensive when I first went, but after meeting with Emily the physical therapist there, I was completely at ease. I've met the other therapist and he's very nice, as well as the other front desk staff!! I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

I've never had physical therapy before and was somewhat a skeptic. After an injury, I met with Travis for my first session, he gave me an exercise program to complete daily at home to increase my range of motion. Travis went above and beyond to meet with me and I highly recommend his expertise!
