I cannot say enough about BeSpoke and Sage. She literally saved my life. After an emergency abdominal surgery and telling 12 doctors across 7 specialties over 6 months that something was really wrong, a friend recommended I see Sage to ease the pain and assist in my physical recovery. During my intake exam, Sage found a visually noticeable lump on my neck that was diagnosed as cancer a month later. It was caught just in time and I underwent surgery shortly thereafter. Outside of that, Sage has helped my recovery immensely! She thinks for herself, not from a textbook and is entirely intuitive to what your body needs! Gentle and with care she caters her approach but isn’t afraid to use her strength when need be. She also makes the most helpful of suggestions and has helped me to heal/correct things that western medicine couldn’t. Since seeing Sage, I’m cancer free and have better posture than I have since I was child. If you’re looking for a Chiropractor, SEE SAGE. An entirely professional and organized staff with small business and family vibes.

I've had major pain issues and swelling in both of my hands and wrists, and with one session, I felt relief and swelling the went down. I have more mobility, strength and comfort with just the 1st session!!! These are the reasons I will keep coming back!! Can't wait to improve in the comfort strength and mobility even further! I had a great lymph drainage massage with Sareena. She did a wonderful job. Every time I've had a massage or facial at Bespoke, it has been wonderful.

ADDING AN EDIT HERE: Bespoke Wellness has another amazing yoga teacher, Jason Yeates, his class is fabulously relaxing and well composed with beautiful slow flow. His energy is amazing. I have been practicing yoga for many years and recognize Jason as an amazing instructor along with Sage _ I absolutely love and cannot get through a week without attending livestream yoga classes with Sage! Sage is also an excellent Chiropractor so in her yoga classes she really knows how to help us tone the right muscles and stretch the tight ones. She creates each class around the needs of her students. Also she is a beautiful person to practice a mindful vinyasa flow with. Her neck stretches are amazing! Also my dog loves that I now practice yoga with Sage from home. I have been taking classes with Sage for over 7 years and highly recommend her yoga and chiropracic care!

Great massages. But couldn’t allow an extra 30 mins to an already existing 30 min booked massage.

I went to get a facial Friday. New place seemed cool so I walked into the office. The receptionist was wonderful. I asked for extractions. At reception room, the reception was wonderful she mentioned about extractions, and I immediately said I wanted to have them and the girl who cleaned my face, but never did any extractions at all and I woke up because I went to sleep and she was done with my facial and never touched anything about my face for extractions. I'm furious. The receptionist was wonderful. But the aesthetician was horrible never extracted ANYTHING. When I left she gave me your card and water and "maybe for next time maybe a the micro abrasion". And the aesthetician heard when we were at the reception area. So seeing that she knew i wanted extractions... she just figured because I was sleeping. Horrible and if it was bad enough… I called for 3 days and left countless voicemails. NOT ONE person has contacted me. I even got a text message about the survey from the place. I communicated that I was furious and would somebody be back and even wrote about the experience… and still NOTHING. So rude and so bad. Beware!!!!

I want to give a call out to Bespoke Wellness. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years now, and have to say there is a reason I opted for (and retained) a monthly subscription with them since 2014. Over the years I've found that their people are top tier. Though from time to time you might come across someone who has a style (or strength) that doesn't fit you, but given they have a range of therapists, it is easy to find someone who does. For example, I just got to work with Midori, who has an amazing modality, and I have to say she has a high attunement for subtle massage techniques, as in she was working on my back and zeroed in on a tiny little (tendon, muscle, ??) that when focused on then released a bunch of tension in my back. It was wonderful! She was very communicative and checked in amazingly. I highly recommend Bespoke for all their services (their Chiropractic is also one of the best I've ever experienced)!!
