Bespoke is the absolute best physical therapy practice out there. I know that Dr. Cook heals her patients with a combination of attentive and focused assessments, carefully honed skill, a vast knowledge base, and lots of tlc, but there’s still a part of me that suspects she has magical powers. 🤔 Did my shoulder pain really completely resolve with carefully prescribed stretches and strengthening exercises… or was some faerie dust or magic wand employed while my back was turned? First off I wanna start out by saying that Cassie is An amazing woman with a beautiful smile and a vibrant spirit. I have had lower back pain for more than 20 years. I have tried everything from chiropractic to acupuncture, massage therapy, etc. in a last ditch effort. I decided to try physical therapy. I have been working with Cassie for less than a month. I am absolutely amazed at the relief that I have found. If I could give her 100 stars, I would she absolutely knows her stuff. I will forever be grateful she has given me tools to strengthen the muscles. I am able to walk through the day without pain and that has not happened in at least five years. I joke about the fact that she’s magic, but I mean it!!
