Berthoud Physical Therapy

Lady is rude, will schedule you for an appointment and mess up the time (why would I schedule an appointment in the middle of a shift with a client of 5 years). I have 5 witnesses and my work cameras to prove you wrong lady. Then she will tell you that you are wasting her time when you explain what hasn't worked. Then loudly bad mouths you to other clients in the office. She is so unprofessional, wastes your time, gas,and then blames you. I will be calling the health board this women shouldn't be allowed to work with people or animals.

When I first walked in it was using a cane from a nasty break in my foot. Now I am able to walk and maintain my balance. The whole staff really cares about everyone there and knows them all by name. It’s a family business and their love really shows. If you are lucky some of their little helpers have cone into the office and they are so much fun to talk to. Hopefully I won’t need to go to them again, but if and when I need PT again I know where I am always going to want to go.

I have gotten physical therapy here and so has my 92 year old mom. They take excellent care of their clients and I would highly recommend them.

Really feel and see improvements working with the team here. Truly enjoy the atmosphere and interactions with the therapist.
