The most disgusting and horrible place I have ever seen for the elderly and disabled. They have people who can't help themselves packed in the hallways like in a cage. Looks like a scene from a horror story. Someone needs to shut this place down.

The inside of this building looks abandoned and like a health code violation, smells like pee.

centered care around the patient needs & helping every step of the way in everyday life.

Facility could use some cleaning.
