Every staff member, including the front desk, is a caring professional, personable, competent, and fun to work with. Teamwork is emphasized! Smiles and fun are the norm. Everything is sanitized and the bathroom is absolutely cleaner than the majority of hospitals I’ve experienced. They deserve an A+ and my highest recommendation to everyone with a need!

Physical therapists were great but they failed to communicate clearly that I would only be seen for 10 days because I came in on my own without a doctor’s note. So after 2 visits, I was told I could not come back. The therapists said my recovery would take about 6 weeks so I guess I’m on my own for the last 4 weeks. Bad customer service.

I was very impressed with Bentz Physical Therapy. Everyone was professional, friendly and prompt. I felt very comfortable there and I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend them for all your physical therapy needs. They are conveniently located in the hospital district area which is handy for so many people in Fort Worth

By far the best place I have ever had to use. I have been in and out of physical therapy on and off most of my life from a broken hand, back problem etc. The therapist here are all wonderful. They are very nice helpful professional and best of all you canfeel how much of a difference they are doing to get you well. I always feel really good after I leave. Great place
