I am in awe. You walk in to a live bird atrium, looks new and cared for place, clean, friendly, staff is very helpful. I had toured all in otero and Crowley county, this is the limousine of homes compared to all the others. I told my daughters to put me in here when my time comes. Right now it's my mom's new home.

First off some of the staff are very amazing people taking great pride in their work BUT as stated some of the staff. So care depends on the staff that is scheduled for that day. Now as far as upper mangagment the " MANAGEMENT COMPANY " that's hole other set of issues they do not comply with any set laws and do nothing but give you the run around on everything. Except when they take your money that's pretty straight forward they got that down. Also be aware that the upper management of the facility will EMBELLISH THE TRUTH TO YOU and not even blink even when they are caught and backed into the proverbial corner. So as far as it goes I would not recommend putting a loved one in this facility as I said there are some working here that are the most caring and great people you will ever meet but some that should not be in the healthcare industry at all.

My brother was only here for a short time, but the people here were so very wonderful to him. I can't thank them enough for all that they did for him and for us. We were grieving over his passing and still they did everything they could for us, they were so kind and helpful in every way. I could never thank them enough. I would highly recommend them.

My mother was dropped by to small of a person moving her. She was pronounced brain dead. Please do not put a loved one there. Saw another death there because of their incompetences.

This is a very good quality facility, smells like fresh home cooking and flowers and has a friendly atmosphere.

My grandma is here and she really enjoys it the employees are friendly
