Bender Chiropractic and Decompression

This place is excellent! They really know they're stuff and helped me a lot with decompression therapy and still helping me. They're very understanding and willing to help in anyway they can. They also have lots of tips and advice that I can do at home to help my back issues. Definitely would recommend this place 10/10 over any other chiropractor in Tennessee I've been to. Give em a try, I'm still glad I did.

I've been a patient at Bender Chiropractic for a couple of years, and I highly recommend paying them a visit for adjustments and other chiropractic needs. Recently, Dr. Melton joined Dr. Bender, and he's truly outstanding! Dr. Melton is just as compassionate and gentle as Dr. Bender. On my recent visit, I had a headache and inflamed sinuses. Dr. Melton adjusted my neck, back, and hips, and even performed a pressure point massage to alleviate my sinus discomfort. Dr. Melton did an excellent job at improving my overall well-being. Additionally, their receptionist, Megan, is incredibly helpful and dedicated to assisting you in any way possible. It's a fantastic place all around! Drop in and see them!

My journey with Dr. Bender and staff began about 12 weeks ago. I went in due to pain in my hip. After x-rays, it was discovered that I had an issue in my lower back. Dr. Bender recommended 18 visits within 12 weeks in which I would receive decompression and an adjustment at each visit. The last week of my 12 week visit x-rays were taken again and the difference was amazing! With each visit I experienced a welcoming environment with very professional, personable staff. This review is in behalf of my mom Brenda Mitchell. She has had the best experience at Bender Chiropractic. The staff is excellent and provides her great care. She said that she forgot what it felt like to be pain free. After one session, she was feeling total relief from her sciatic nerve pain. The staff is very friendly and they make my mom feel comfortable. Mom has had no issue getting in and out of the bath tub any longer. She also mowed her own lawn for the first time in several years and that was after just 5 sessions. Thank you, Bender Chiropractic, for the exceptional care!! Dr Bender is amazing! He has been working on my neck and does a great job. He is the best chiropractor as far as my neck is concerned. He also has a decompression machine that his son uses on me. After two months of being on this machine my Rheumatologist was amazed on how well my back was doing so I told her what I was doing. Megan, the front office manager is doing a great job keeping Dr Bender and Clint straight. She has excellent customer service skills and it always there to greet you with a smile. I highly recommend Dr Bender especially if you were told you need surgery.

Dr Bender has greatly improved the quality of our lives. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens carefully to you and addresses a patients pains. The staff is very courteous and efficient. All around a great experience!

I've been to several chiropractors over the years and Dr. Bender is by far my favorite. I've been going to him since we moved to Ardmore, four years ago. He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. A quick adjustment and I can be on my way and enjoying the rest of my day. His receptionist, Megan, is a sweet and pleasant young lady and always keeps things running smoothly. If you have any pain that may be helped by a chiropractor, give them a call, even if you don't have insurance. Their rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended!!
