BenchMark Physical Therapy

After a pretty bad car wreck, my neurosurgeon referred me to physical therapy and I met Andrew. It was his first week at Benchmark and I would have never known it! He was made to be a physical therapist! Knowledgeable, personable, kind and funny. If I ever need PT again, I’m definitely going back to Andrew. The whole staff was great!

This is my husband's story. Last year he underwent chemo which damaged his heart. He was slated for Cardiac Rehab but had to wait several weeks for an opening. He was very weak and could hardly walk. The folks here kicked into action and kept him going until a space opened up. I don't go so far as to say they saved his life, but I do credit Benchmark for his success in CR and subsequent recovery.

Benchmark Mrytle Grove is going to offer you the best support in recovery and rehabilitation. After two surgeries, I cannot imagine where I would be without them. Amanda Montgomery DPT goes above and beyond with every patient. She was incredibly attentive, patient and present in every appointment. During sessions, she is constantly assessing how things are progressing and making any needed adjustments. She supports not just your physical health but also mental health, as recovery from surgery takes a toll on both. I highly recommend Amanda and her team at BenchMark MG.

The staff at check-in were organized & very nice. Tim was thorough & knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I am looking forward to my upcoming PT sessions.

John and the rest of the team there were awesome in helping me recover from my shoulder injury. They are all very knowledgeable and beyond helpful, and not to mention the atmosphere there is wonderful, as they make you feel welcome and at ease. If I ever again need PT, I will never go anywhere else but benchmark(the monkey junction location)

So grateful! Currently working with John and I have never felt in such good care under a PT in my life. Been working on the same issue for a year now and he's not only good at helping me alleviate the issue, but he's EDUCATING me. I'm understanding so much about my condition and it's helping me progress and feel empowered about doing so. Just had a moment of immense thanks, and felt like sharing it!

I love the team at Benchmark and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. My physical therapist was Adam. I injured my knee. Had a difficult time going up and down stairs. I was out of shape due to a year off of my fitness routine. It was so important to me to get back to where I was. Adam challenged me. He listened to what I had to say about any issues and each visit designed my exercises to strengthen just the right muscles to get me strong again. In addition he taught me why things were happening and why the plan he had would get me strong again. That information is priceless to me but him pushing me was the icing on the cake. I trusted him and because of that I was discharged a week early and am back at the gym back to my fitness routine. Thank you so much Adam!!!!

This was the best PT experience I have ever had. Melissa is an outstanding physical therapist, professional and caring. My shoulder went from a 3 to 9.5 in about 6 weeks. I am now confident doing my PT at home after Melissa’s excellent care and guidance. I’m sure I’ll be back to “10” in short order. I can’t recommend Melissa and Benchmark enough.
