I am impressed with how the physical therapist developed a plan using the questionnaire, interview and physical assessment. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and obviously excited with the prospect of providing excellent care. I'm looking forward to returning.

I'm in my 60's and have hypermobile joints, so I've had a few injuries and been to a few physical therapy offices. BenchMark in Tucker is my favorite and top recommendation by far. The centralized scheduling and changing appointments at the local clinic are both easy. The front desk is accurate about copays and coinsurance and are always happy to provide extra receipts if I need them. The BenchMark model is unique in a couple of ways. One is that there is usually at least one therapist with a doctoral degree in physical therapy, or DPT, at all (or most) locations. Secondly, there is a somewhat open floor plan (with plenty of excellent equipment all over), so when you go through rehabilitation, you have an instant community of fellow traveler's around you. I find this aspect extremely helpful. When I'm in pain or feeling discouraged, a big smile or friendly comment from the person working hard on the nearby table makes a huge difference. However, there is a room where you can be if privacy is needed or desired. And lastly, I cannot say enough positive about the PTs and OTs (Occupational Therapists, mostly for hands, wrists, elbows, and arms in general). Every therapist I've had has been, or is (I'm going there currently) incredibly well-trained, someone who loves what they do, and genuinely warm and caring. This is a big deal when some of what you must do hurts a bit worse before it gets better. They also ask what you feel like you CAN do, ask for your feedback, and listen super well. These therapists have "saved my bacon" after three different types of injuries, some not requiring surgery and some where they helped me strenthen before surgery and then helped me rehab after surgery.

Don has been so wonderful to work with. She is a lovely lady with a wonderful personality, And I have enjoyed seeing her twice a week for quite a few weeks now. She is very professional and seems to know just how to help me. I feel so much better having been to physical therapy with her, and if I need it again, I will definitely request her.

I received top-notch hand therapy at Tucker Benchmark. Erin is extremely capable while being compassionate and encouraging. I was recently a return patient for further work, and with her help, I realized some great progress, all while she was carefully guiding a student. I cannot say enough about her good character, personality, and skills as a hand therapist.

My mother just completed physical therapy for a broken arm at Benchmark's Tucker location. She was so pleased to have worked with Eryn, who did such a wonderful job and was unfailingly cheerful and encouraging. My mother has regained most of the function in her shoulder and arm and can now raise her arm over her head. Overall, she couldn't recommend Benchmark and Eryn more highly.

The team at Tucker Benchmark Physical Therapy was so supportive to ensure I reached my goal of strengthening my shoulder. It was very challenging at times, but the outcome was worth it, and I am able to do everyday task without the pain I had previously experienced. A special thanks to my P.T. Dominique, and assistant Sarah. I highly recommend this location. Also,Thanks goes to Ross the Clinic Director.

Edit: Avoid this location. My wife spoke with Ross Doktor, who said the erroneous charges would be removed. They were not. She's been dealing with corporate who said there was nothing in the records. Ross is untrustworthy. The experience with this location of Benchmark is unfortunate because I know other people who went to the one in Embry Hills. Go there instead. My wife had a pinched nerve. The care she got from this location was terrible. Her physical therapist, Sara, made her do things even when it hurt and had an attitude. It made her back worse, and now, an MRI has confirmed she has a tear in a disk. She is going to a spinal doctor and PT at the doctor, and they are all very concerned about how bad her back is after all this time. She is now getting the care she needed back when this first started. There was a student named Noah, who Sara was training, who also had the same horrible attitude and careless nature. Now, they are saying my wife owes a bunch of money after thousands in co-pays. Avoid this location. They are terrible. You will not get compassionate, or even mediocre care.

The staff at Benchmark PT was great. They were all professional and very friendly. My therapist was Jessica. She was very knowledgeable, responded to all of my questions, and provided a variety of exercises and stretches that addressed my pain and discomfort. She, along with Ross Dockter (PT/Clinic Director), did everything to help me make progress and reach my goals.
