BenchMark Physical Therapy

All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Whether it is helping with scheduling appointments or working with me on exercises, there is a smiling face and helpful, supportive attitude. I went to see Nicole after my first knee surgery. She is exceptional!! She was patient, understanding and worked with me to get my strength back. I now have wonderful range of motion in that knee. I have the other knee replacement in August. I will be going back to Nicole so she can get me back in shape again. She is wonderful, and even though it is another surgery, I am looking forward to having her work with me again.

The physical therapist and other employees were very nice and seemed to be knowledgeable but this place is not handicapped accessible. There's not enough close parking, there's no button to open the door. It's one room packed full of people, without enough room to move around safely. If PT was a factory, that's how I would describe it. Two rows of tables with narrow spaces between, they see multiple patients at the same time. People have to move so others can get through. If you are using a cane, walker or wheelchair you're probably going to have a hard time here. I got bumped into while I was there because there's literally not enough room, I was worried I would get knocked down.

They have been helping me wit my hips and lower back. Have gained more mobility and range in my hips and lower back and can now walk further than I've been able to with less pain and fewer stops in the past 5 years.

Listen, I’m not saying you should be excited if you tear your meniscus, break a bone, or get hurt in general. What I AM saying is that you should be very excited that Sam and his team are here for you if it ever happens. They are all so knowledgeable and ready to help you get stronger, faster, and all round more confident in your healing body. Me and my knees miss them and are thankful for the attentive guidance we received from them when we needed it the most!

The staff is very professional and there is never a wait time for a scheduled appointment. The facility is clean and pleasant with great background music playing for a relaxing environment. My range of motion in my right shoulder improved significantly during my sessions. I would recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy on Marcola Rd to anyone needing therapy.

I have had physical therapy before somewhere else and this experience has been hands down the best yet. Super friendly, great options for scheduling, leaving feeling better. I suffer from sever anxiety and atmosphere is Everything.

The staff at Benchmark are truly amazing! After back surgery I had many visits and each and every one of them was great. Sam was the best, he walked and talked me through every procedure he did and every exercise he had me do. All of the assistants were also very helpful and very professional. I would recommend Benchmark to anyone that needs PT.
