I would absolutely recommend Benchmark physical therapy. I had never experienced an injury like the one that brought me to Benchmark so I was very anxious and emotional about this part of my journey. I had a very dangerous ankle injury so I was scared to start using it again, I was afraid I wouldn’t walk normal again. Mackenzie and her team at benchmark have helped me every step of the way and today I have full range of motion again! They are the best !

An excellent place for physical therapy. Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff that are patient and willing to answer all the questions you may have. I actually went by before my surgery and they gave me exercises that would help me post-op.
