I had to pray about this before I post it; however, there are still providers out here that lack maturity, compassion, and the golden rule: bedside manners. I experienced my first visit yesterday for a consult and I was in disbelief to hear my potential PT say to me, “you are doing better than you putting on.” Then she had a nerve to say that my future visits may not help me to get better. It is very disappointing to have an encounter with someone who is so negative that she does not have confidence in her professional advice. I am definitely switching my PT as soon as that location opens. If anyone has every experienced back spasms or hip spasms, it is the most vulnerable situation that you can be in and obviously that PT Niyati needs more training and kindness to humanity. Follow-up: The leadership did a great job addressing all concerns of all parties. My experience today was phenomenal. This was my first therapy session and I cannot believe the results. He will not only challenge you to meet your goal, he is attentive and professional. I am going for a run! Thank you so much……

Overall great experience. Everyone from Phyllis at the front desk to the therapists, Sophia, Nathan, and Jeff to the other clients receiving PT made each session great. They were knowledgeable and tailored the exercises to each individual while making them fun and challenging. I highly recommend going here if you need physical therapy.

Jauan is the best physical therapist I've met and have made the most progress with. He's super knowledgeable, professional (and personable at the same time), and knows his stuff. Very thankful for the progress I've made and I even plan to return for a separate issue I need PT for.

I was very happy with the therapy I received at Benchmark in Centerville. Nathan and Sophia did a great job guiding me through the right exercises to strengthen my foot and leg after surgery. They always listened to my concerns, and did their best to answer my questions during my recovery. Phyllis, the receptionist, was always very friendly and welcoming, which help put me at ease right from the start. Thank you so much to all the team!

The Physical Therapy Sophia & Leslie are very passionate in serving there patients. They are focus & listen to there patients. Which has help on improving my problems areas. They also give awesome illustrations that show you where the problem is, and what need to be done to be healed. They keep great records on my improvements with chart & scale. Everyone from the front desk to the therapist keep the place very clean. They wipe down all the equipment after each usage. I really like this facility and I recommend to anyone that desires high quality service, from people that really care on your improvement. Thank you ladies yall truly awesome God Bless.

Centerville therapists are awesome! Great place for physical therapy – they are a wonderful group of highly-trained physical therapists. From the receptionist to Sophia was amazing. I’m glad I have the right group of therapists to get me from where I’m in pain to where I need to be ( pain free). Thank you Sophia.

To begin, I acknowledge that I arrived at my appointment without a copy of my insurance card. However, I managed to provide it via fax promptly. I take responsibility for this oversight before addressing any concerns with Benchmark. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, I was informed that my online paperwork had been completed but lacked electronic signature and submission. Consequently, I had to fill out the paperwork again, which was not ideal! Had I received a reminder phone call before my appointment, any incomplete online paperwork could have been brought to my attention. Although I distinctly remember submitting everything, I understand that unforeseen issues can arise in our work environment. During my visit, the office experienced internet problems, resulting in a 40-minute wait before I was seen. I attribute this delay to the internet issues, but my concern lies with how the situation was managed during my appointment. My physical therapist, Ms. Sophia, appeared distracted while juggling tasks with the IT representative on the phone, her computer, and attending to me. Despite silently coping with my frustration, I followed her instructions while she focused on resolving the internet and office computer issues, even with the presence of a front desk attendant. At times, I completed exercises only to wait for further instructions as she remained engaged in a phone call. I appreciate Ms. Sophia addressing me with the courtesy of adding "Mr." to my first name, as some establishments automatically use your first name without establishing rapport. However, the lack of acknowledgment or apology for the initial 40-minute delay and the back-and-forth with the IT representative made me feel partially ignored and dissatisfied with the level of customer service. The front desk attendant did apologize for the delay but, unfortunately, I did not receive an apology from Ms. Sophia. This experience has left me hesitant to schedule my next two appointments at this time. Should I decide to revisit and witness improvements, I will revise this review accordingly.

My experience at BMPT-Centerville was phenomenal. From the first day I walked in, to my last day yesterday, The professionalism and caring nature of the staff NEVER stopped. I was ALWAYS greeted with a smile 😊 from Phyllis upon my arrival, everyday! The clinical team always made me feel like they were happy to see, no matter the time of day. My PT Leslie Novak (No longer with practice 😞😞) was a master at her craft.... And yes she literally has a Master's Degree! 😲😲 She always made me feel like she wanted the best outcome for me. Constantly pushing me to do more and seek deeper treatment from my primary care doctor to get to the root of my injury. She always used exercises and therapies that worked my core issues. I have greatly improved during my time at the clinic, I still have a little ways to go but I'm much stronger then I was when I first arrived after my accident..I want to shout out and even show appreciation to the lady who cleans the equipment between uses (I never got her name, but your service is not unnoticed and is highly appreciated! 😊). They're a small family that works to make you feel like family. When Leslie left, I was there on her last day, I was so sad to see her go, apparently I didn't even realize I showed up an hour before my actual appointment time 😂😂. (I guess my subconscious and my body was so sad to see her go and wanted as much time with her as it could get, and was so eager to see her, it made me think my appointment was earlier than it was lol) Any other time I'm usually pulling up right on the dot or Lil late with this ATL traffic 😂😂. I had know clue until they told me, that I was early but even then, they saw me right away. It's a great team they got there. Even while they juggle multiple clients, I never felt like an obligation or bother or ignored. I highly recommend this (Snellville - Centerville) location, it's small, but mighty! Just what the doctor ordered!
