BenchMark Physical Therapy

Everyone at BenchMark is great! I really appreciated Nick and Jess being so hands on and helpful through out my healing process. They were both very informative and patient, as well as kind and caring (being that it’s hard to find that in medical offices these days). I recommend everyone to come to this location. The time I’ve spent here has been a huge help and definitely has had such a positive impact on my life. Thank you all very much at Benchmark. 😁

Would recommend to anyone. Welcoming atmosphere. The team there are attentive and knowledgeable. I only had a few visits but had the pleasure to watch them interact with their patients and each other, and I was impressed. Richard rocks!

My man Trey and and Mrs Jessica were the best pt’s I ever had! Great people, great atmosphere, and very all around great practical people. I got tons of improvement and couldn’t feel any better. Thanks guys.

I am grateful for my time here during my recovery. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did they help me work to get back to my better self. they taught me how to help me!!! They explained things to my understanding and created a care plan that worked for me !

The staff is wonderful, friendly and genuinely concerned. Thought I wouldn't like therapy but I actually looked forward to going. They just make you smile when you walk through the door. They are very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing quality therapeutic care. Thanks y'all

This is the first time I’ve ever been to therapy, and it was for vertigo attacks that came on after Covid. After every test by a specialist, the results showed nothing. She recommended Benchmark Therapy as a possible help for the debilitating episodes. Jessica Dearing (hope the name is right) was extremely knowledgeable and kind, not promising any cure, but working methodically on sight, balance and coordination which would help in any case. She explained the issues thoroughly and relieved the fears I had. I’m very glad to have gone to Benchmark and would highly recommend it to anyone. We paused appointments for a visit to Wisconsin a couple weeks and I’ve not had any vertigo attacks since, so I haven’t made any new appointments. Apparently they left as mysteriously as they came. I tried to fill out the survey you sent but it locked halfway through and I couldn’t finish it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you’re the best. May God bless you and have a Merry Christmas. This office has great staff, excellent customer service from the time you walk in till the time you leave. This place is always smelling good and very clean. Will recommend to anyone going to physical therapy.
