BenchMark Physical Therapy

BenchMark is an amazing place with a fun atmosphere. The PT team is an awesome group of people. Zach is very friendly and a great therapist. Keith is also amazing. Both are very encouraging and helped me push my limits to get back to normal. Shelby and Jordyn were very nice and helpful. I was sad that I had to leave an amazing group of people after finishing my physical therapy but so glad that I got to meet the whole team. Thank you so much BenchMark team!

Benchmark PT in sanford is a great place, full of smart people. Zack and Keith provide phenomenal care, and a welcoming environment. I have had a great experience since my first day. After surgery for a broken ankle and getting plates, screws, pins and a ziptie, I required physical therapy. Since day 1 of therapy, they made me feel like a friend not just a patient. Always asked how I was doing, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, gave me self-confidence, guided me with help and encouragement the whole time and always had a smile when I got there with an occasional joke to get me motivated or in a better mood. I appreciate everything they did for me and can't thank them enough. I will always recommend them to others.

I started my physical therapy here on November 18, 2024 with Bernard. He was gentle and he took time with me concerning my pain and issues. Then he gave me a treatment plan afterwards, even though I was still hurting and sore I appreciated his gentleness.

Benchmark PT is the best! Zack and Kieth are excellent PTs who care about what is best for the patient! Sarah at the front desk is awesome, as well! Highly recommend.

Went in after a car accident. My risk and shoulder soar. After a few appointments i could feel a huge difference. They were very flexible with timing. Made accommodations for late schedule.
