Came to Benchmark NA as 55 yr old man with history of knee surgeries and trying to avoid a potential knee replacement given the limited treatment options available. I can’t say enough about the entire staff at Benchmark NA. They’ve provided me with a completely refreshed outlook and attitude for the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT. I don’t have the words to describe how great of an experience I had here. The therapists care about their patients. The staff cares for each other. Everyone smiles all the time and they all just seem like friends. If you choose somewhere else for your PT you are just missing out on a great experience and a great outcome.

A Month ago .I couldn't squat or walk long distances with right leg. after went to bench mark for help Mr.Adam careful diagnosis and patient correction of my physical problems .I can now climb mountains and walk long way without pain.Thank you Mr. Adam for your great help.

I recently had a knee replacement and have been working with Adam. He is very knowledgeable, detailed in explanations, and is a wonderful motivator!!! I have enjoyed all the staff, they are very welcoming and work great together as a team. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs!!

My experience with Benchmark Physical Therapy was exceptional. The therapists were very thorough. They really helped me to feel better and were so friendly. The front desk staff was also extremely kind and helpful at all times. I truly appreciate everything that Benchmark has done for me. For someone who has been in Customer Care Management for over 40 years, I have been extremely grateful and thankful for my patient experience with BenchMark Physical Therapy. A 5 Star Rating is not high enough for this warm and caring staff who are motivated by one main goal and that is assisting each patient to improve their health during each visit. From the pleasant greetings of the office coordinators until you walk out of their facility, each patient is treated like an old friend and treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. They work as a true team of humble personalities who love taking special care of others. Trey was my Therapist per my 1st visit and Dewey has worked close beside me per all my follow up visits. Both are 1st class Therapists and the kind of people you enjoy being around.

To anyone trying to decide where to go for physical therapy I would definitely recommend Benchmark in North Augusta. The staff made it a positive experience during what was a very difficult (and painful) time in my life. I am especially grateful to Trey and Duey who worked with me to get me back on my feet after a serious knee injury and surgery. These two are awesome! Thank you to the rest of the staff also for making it a pleasant environment. Keep up the great work!!
