BenchMark Physical Therapy

David and Christian are fantastic! I needed PT for my hip and they made sure I was doing the right exercises that helped strengthen the muscles in my leg while making sure I didn't do further damage. They were attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for other PT needs.

If I was being honest I was not looking forward to PT from a sports related injury. After a few sessions I could see improvements in my motion. I recently found out during a doctors visit that I do not need surgery and seem to be progressing well. I am back to most of the activities I love. I have Christian to thank for that! He informed me and pushed me to stay consistent in what I was learning in PT. Both Christian and David were very professional and welcoming during my visits. I enjoyed my time in PT. I would highly recommend the Noblesville location!

Christian and David were excellent providers. They listened, were knowledgeable about by problem, and we had great rapport. I would definitely go back to Benchmark Therapy if me or my family needed PT services again.

I was very nervous going into physical therapy as I did not know what it was exactly. However, Christian and David were both so amazing and never made me feel like I was doing terribly during the exercises, even when I asked a thousand questions. I was both happy and sad when I “graduated” out of PT. I would definitely recommend them for all your PT needs.

It was my first experience with physical therapy! Great staff! Very professional and helpful! Went in for an ankle injury, Christian and the rest of the staff helped me get back to my regular activities. Very positive and exceptional staff! Christian and David are amazing! I came into Physical Therapy at a level 10 in pain for my back. Today I am discharged with the worst my back pain being at a 1 and that’s only when I pick up my nieces and carry them around. This clinic has been so much help the past couple of months for me and I really appreciate them! 10/10 recommend

This BenchMark location has the kindest, most skilled, and most professional staff members. They have been able to work wonders on my bilateral epicondylitis issue and I am nearly back to normal after less than 2 months of visits. Each therapist here has a great amount of knowledge and experience and are able to help you in different ways. They truly care and make each session enjoyable and productive. It may sound odd, but I will actually miss going once I'm cleared. Thanks so much to everyone here who has helped me to get this far: Scott, Olivia, Leah, Marie, Chad, Garrett, and Kerrigan! Each of you are remarkable people and I'm so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with you!

Best PT in town! Arlaina is really good with finding stretches and movement to restore your injured or the area you need strengthen. She is also super friendly and personable! Regina is also friendly and nice! This office is super upbeat and a positive environment!
