BenchMark Physical Therapy

This has been an amazing experience at benchmark for me all the employees were super nice. I feel like I have a new family since I’ve been coming to benchmark for therapy from November till February 29 which is my last day thank you to the Receptionist Tonya and also my therapist, Takia. Benchmark is the place to be for all your physical therapy needs.

I wholeheartedly recommend this location and its staff, specifically Ms. Ta’Kia and Ms. La’Tonya. Incredible care, attention to detail, easy to work with, and a genuinely warm environment. Always answered all of my (many) questions with knowledge and kindness. Facility was always clean with parking spots available out front. Excellent all around!

My experience at Results Physiotherapy is the best experience I have ever had. The facility is very clean and has and has a great staff. My therapist, Brittany Walters ,PTA is the best therapist I have ever had. She has great knowledge about the whole process. I look forward to going to every session. Thanks Brittany for all the skills you have taught me. I will be forever grateful.

Ms. Ta’Kia and Ms. La’Tonya are TOP TIER at Benchmark Physical Therapy and are very nice people to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. I am so pleased with the services I receive. Ms. Ta’Kia goes above and beyond to help me with/through my therapy sessions and Ms. Latonya is responsive to all my questions before my appointments.

Was being seen after an accident and used all my visits. While waiting for my doctor to send me more appointments benchmark annotated to my doctor I had 100% recovered which is not true. My last assessment was actually worse then my starting assessment so be weary. My back and hips and neck still hurt they also close up shop early so no appointments after a certain even tho hour says their open

By far the best physical therapy I have received. Great atmosphere, very clean and welcoming. My therapist was a true professional. His knowledge and expertise is unmatched. He never treats you as just another customer rather his only customer. He always displays genuine care and concerns for your health needs. He explained what is been done and why. Very kind and caring staff. They wouldn't give up on me until they found the problem. I had to stop going because I had a family emergency, and I got two courtesy calls: one from the receptionist and one from my physical therapist. They were very warm and compassionate and showed genuine concern for me. I will continue my treatments there as soon as I am able to and I will most definitely recommend them.
