BenchMark Physical Therapy

The Benchmark staff did an excellent job with my physical therapy. They were all very knowledgeable and had a great therapy plan for each session. I am grateful for the time and care each member of the staff took with me. My wife and I would like to thank the physical therapy staff Taylor, Therapy Manager, Richard, Will, Kelsey, Nate and front desk staff for their great service.

I have nothing but good to say about these professionals. I've been to Benchmark three times so far and my visit have been good and progressive each time. The place is comfortable, clean and has a good vibe. It is very relaxing considering the other patients and a lot going on. The Therapists are very professional and thoughtful. I appreciate them helping me get back to normal. I would recommend. I have to edit my previous review for Benchmark. I began my physical therapy a few weeks after my rotator cuff surgery. The therapists and receptionist were very knowledgeable and friendly. About 11 weeks into my physical therapy, they called and told me to not come until they called me back and it was something about my insurance. I called back the following week and still nothing. The next week again nothing. I called my insurance and the insurance company said they are waiting for Benchmark to submit a request for more therapy. I called Benchmark and she said the same thing. I asked why it has taken 3 weeks to request more therapy. Meanwhile I'm still in pain from my shoulder surgery and needing therapy but getting none. Basically they did not follow the insurance company's protocol but it took them 3 weeks to figure it out. They also started mailing me bills for visits that they had not been filing on my insurance. At $279 per visit, the bill was quite high so I called back and asked why they had not been filing my visits on my insurance. I had been a patient there for 11 weeks so you would think they would try to keep my therapy moving along. I feel like they dropped the ball on me and left me hanging. I cannot recommend Benchmark.

I was initially impressed with this Benchmark because when i called, the receptionist answered all of my questions and was excited about talking with me! I received several months of physical therapy from Kinsey. She worked her magic on my chronic neck and shoulder pain using exercises she taught me, dry needling, massage, and heat. My pain decreased, and my mobility increased. Kinsey has a quiet, calm manner and a gentle hand. She massages to find those deep, painful trigger points and works them out for sweet relief. She has a staff of caring, knowledgable people that work well together for the individual clients goal. I give them a 15 out of 10!!

I’m feeling better every time I complete a therapy session. Both of my therapist are very supportive and professional, I had nothing but great experiences here. I highly encourage anyone needing therapy to give BenchMark a try. You will be glad you did.

Having deal with a shoulder discomfort for several months that hindered me front picking up an object from the floor. VA recommended provided me options for Therapy of which I chose BENCHMARK. My therapist was Ms Audrey S. who explained where the location of my discomfort, reason, and recommended therapy. I appreciate the time/effort Audrey put into my wellness recovery. For the past couple of months, I’ve been having occupational therapy for my hands. It has been a terrific experience and my hands are just so much better and stronger. My therapist, Audrey Spikes, taught me so many exercises to help take the pain away. The whole group is a pleasure to be around and I’ve been blessed to meet them all.

Audrey Spikes was my therapist for lymphedema and neck and shoulder. She was fantastic. She was able to get me moving and pain free with sets of exercises for my conditions. Both Benchmark West and on Florida St. were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
