I have had physical therapy over 10 years from different facilities but Benchmark was a game changer for me. They introduced different ways to manage my knee pain. I came to them barely walking but after a few weeks, I left walking so much better and high hopes in my recovery. I loved the staff, very friendly and helpful. I recommend them for anyone looking for a different direction in recovery. Thank you Taylor, Richard and everyone for your help. 💯❤

I rarely leave bad reviews but in this case I think it is warranted. Let me start by saying everyone at the clinic was friendly. I have never been to physical therapy so I had no idea what to expect. The set-up is a little odd at this clinic since it is so small and a single open room. So you may be getting adjusted on a table with someone an arms length away. But the bigger issue is that I had no idea how expensive it is. They billed my insurance and after insurance paid their portion I paid close to $2000 for 14 visits and I am still dealing with an issue with my shoulder. I wish they had been a bit more forthcoming with the costs so I could have stopped coming after 4-5 visits. But I was hopeful...

The whole staff is amazing. They are serious about their work, but have a great sense of humor also. I'm recovering from knee replacement surgery, and though PT is painful, they keep me going through laughter. I'm so glad I chose this place for my physical therapy!

The team at Benchmark on Florida St. is outstanding! Every member was professional and truly concerned with the therapy for my shoulder. Emily was my primary therapist, she did an amazing job providing therapy and educating me on how to improve my mobility and reduce pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Taylor was great as well when she conducted my sessions. Brooklyn assisted from time to time and also was extremely helpful. Jasmine went out of her way to help with my scheduling and was always helping patients smile through our pain. Thanks so much everyone!

I started my PT at Benchmark Physically Therapy in May for my right shoulder after having had rotator culf surgery. My experience was WONDERFUL! Taylor is a VERY SMART AND COMPASSIONATE young Lady! She KNOWS her stuff!!!! She was always engaging with me and very attentive to my needs! Richard is VERY good also!!! He is a very kind young man!! You can't lose with this team of Physical Therapists!!!

Having undergone multiple spinal procedures in recent years, I have been treated by many outstanding therapists. Most recently, I am extremely fortunate to have found my way to Audrey Spikes at Benchmark's midtown Mobile location. Audrey really knows her craft and has been excellent in guiding me though strengthening, stability, and stretching exercises. She did a great job on scar tissue management and other techniques that have enhanced my mobility, flexibility, and overall recovery from the surgeries. She has a "no nonsense" approach to therapy yet is very amiable, supportive, and encouraging. I highly recommend Audrey, especially to those who are rehabbing from complex surgeries.
