BenchMark Physical Therapy

I came in not being able to walk far, because of a (unknown at the time), bulging disc. Jessica was so caring and worked with me until we found what helped, before the MRI results even came back. She is very knowledgeable, determined and attentive. In fact, everyone there was very good at what they did. I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy!

Benchmark in Millsboro is amazing. The entire staff was very professional, friendly , and caring. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I first walked through the door. I had the pleasure of working with therapists Jessica, Leland, and Jilver and they were all great! I had a great result with my therapy and was pain free when I completed my treatment. A technician, Hope, was also very helpful and was always close by to assist or answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Benchmark in Millsboro and will definitely will use them again should the need arise.

OUTSTANDING! this one word sums up my experience. I had a total knee replacement done and made the decision to go straight to outpatient PT Vs Home PT. The first day after my surgery I thought what did I do? However the moment I walked into Benchmark and Jessica the Physical Therapist greeted me with a huge smile, I knew it was the right choice. Today I am 5 weeks post op and will honestly say it was the BEST decision I have ever made. As a retired otho RN I was so impressed with the amount of time given to me. The entire team Jilver, Jessica & Mackenzie were amazing! I am now at 122 flexion and have obtained all of my personal goals. I can't say enough about how wonderful the entire Benchmark team truly is.

Special thanks to Jessica & Leland . They made me feel very comfortable right from the start.. I had been thru this previously and knew what to expect… The difference with Benchmark was they were in tune with me and very considerate of my pain tolerance.. They all are very knowledgeable in their profession and were able to answer all my questions.. My last day was with Ryan who again was wonderful… I highly recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy. I had transferred to the Millsboro office on a recommendation from a physical therapist I trusted in the Frederick area. Benchmark staff did not disappoint. They listened and worked with my every need. It was evident that a dovetailed plan was made just for me. I came in the door limping and using a cane and left walking out the door with no hesitation and no cane. Great staff, very empathetic and very knowledgeable, on time, yet took their time with each patient. Lots of equipment and very clean. Got great results. Many thanks for helping me get back to normal.

I was impressed with my initial visit with and treatment by Jessica. She's extremely knowledgeable, personable and easy to talk with. Jessica took her time in identifying my condition, and I look forward to improved health over the coming weeks with her assistance.

Super happy with the therapy I received for shoulder pain. Thought I would need to live with the pain growing older. Received dry needle therapy along with physical therapy. So glad for the relief. Highly recommend. Super friendly staff. Clean, sanitized facility.
