BenchMark Physical Therapy

Every one of the staff were very friendly and polite. My therapists were Janessa Hunter and Kelsey Mims. They were so thorough but let me rest throughout the sessions. I also loved the receptionist. I looked forward to therapy every time I went. I went from August til December so I really know what the experience was like. They will surely missed. Thank you, Patti Oliver

I am totally satisfied with the service I received and the outcome. The staff at the front desk are always courteous and professional and are discreet when needed. The physical therapists, Avie & Janessa, are great! They are patient and thorough with their instructions. They take the time to explain how each exercise affect the area of concern. I would highly recommend this location to others. I emerged with more endurance and stamina at the end of my sessions.

Occupational Therapist Neva Howell is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and made every attempt to regain functionality. She helped me develop and regain use of my hands from zero to doing some basic tasks. The at home program has helped me to sustain my progress. Neva is the best part of Benchmark.

I came to benchmark after a really complex hand/ wrist nerve injury from California and was meet by their occupational therapist, Neva Howell. I have to say I received top care as Neva was very thorough and knowledgeable in her craft. She definitely kept me motivated to reach my goals and was very empathetic and caring as we went through a very tedious process to get strength and sensation back in my hand. She also recommended me to top doctors to make sure I continued to receive the best care in Atlanta. It was a great delight to be cared for by the staff at Benchmark. Def would recommend.

I went to Benchmark for about 10 weeks of P.T. and the staff there couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. I worked with Taylor, who was so caring and professional. I looked forward to the sessions just because I knew that she was into my recovery as much as I was. She came up with a routine after asking a lot of questions, and added different exercises to make it interesting. I highly recommend this facility if you are ever in need of therapy. They literally had my back!!

The therapist that worked with my carpal tunnel and arthritis issues was the top of the line. She was an excellent listener, highly skilled and professional. I feared that I would not be able to use my hands normally before my therapy started; however, my therapist worked tirelessly and poured knowledge into me that changed everything. Now I know what to do for pain in the future. If I need help again, I will go back to benchmark.

My experience with Neva at Bench Mark Physical Therapy was great. Neva's main goal is to make sure you progress and improve. She is caring and concern and always ensure that you are comfortable throughout your entire therapy session. Neva has excellent job knowledge and great communication skills. Also she make sure that you have all the necessary information and suggested tools to ensure that you continue with your therapy once you leave Bench Mark. Yes I would recommend Neva to others.

I highly recommend this facility and my therapist. From the initial meeting, Elizabeth was very patient with me when I had a little difficulty pinpointing what movements/areas were causing me discomfort. Over the few weeks I was being treated, I observed her expertise in developing a plan tailored specifically for me. She demonstrated and gave clear instructions for each exercise as well as let me know what should be felt. The facility is clean and everything was sanitized after use. I now have the tools to continue my care and maintenance, thanks to Elizabeth!
